Unhealthy versions of lower stages ragebait me

I’m not looking down on tier 1.  I’m protecting myself from tier 1 stupidity by putting a wall between me and tier 1 people. In the same way I want a wall between me and a wild beast like a lion or an ape. Even this forum is filled with primitive people. This forum can’t function without going ape shit once a year. Just imagine putting these actualized apes on an island and what would happen. Most average Joes are stupidly dangerous. We should thank the elites for even wanting to rule us dumb fucks. Notice how most advance countries have an elite. Elites are top of the pyramid and for the pyramid (civilization) to exist at all we need to protect the elite because if it is up to the riff raff they want to destroy the elite which would bring down civilization. Because they are the one with the brains and have actually tier 2 vision logic on the cognitive developmental line. Nobody on this forum has vision logic. It is a very rare trait.

Now the part I'd challenge. In Spiral Dynamics, the defining mark of tier 2 is that it sees every stage as a necessary part of the whole, so contempt for tier 1 is usually a sign you're not fully there yet. Your own words give it away: "drive you crazy," "resentment," "riff raff," "infect you." That's a reaction, not an integration. Tier 2 doesn't need to separate the weed from the chaff, it knows the chaff was the grain of an earlier season. You can set boundaries with people without ranking their worth.

Same with the pyramid. Complex societies do tend to produce hierarchies, but "without the elite there is no civilization" is a claim, not a fact, and it's convenient for anyone who sees themselves on the upper levels. Also, wealth and developmental depth are different axes. You just noticed that rich people are egocentric by your own account, which means money doesn't track tier at all.

Here's what I'm curious about: when a tier 1 person triggers that resentment, what exactly is being threatened in you? And is it possible that the "inner block" with the rich guy and the strong reaction to scarcity-minded people are the same wound seen from two sides?

Tier 1 people are very hard headed. For example at work or in business, I give them good advice and they still do what they want to do. Fuck up and bring other people with them. And sometimes that involves me too. I want to become rich so I can impose my decision onto them as the boss. Because if you are just regular employee you can’t impose and have to argue with every moron. They lack basic logic. And I’m not in the business to teach basic logic. 

There is a reason why companies aren’t democracies. If regular employees would get a say all companies would go bankrupt. 
 

That is probably the down turn of democracy. Tier 1 tyranny overruling tier 2 people.

Tier 2 is not only limited to systems thinking. Main attribute of tier 2 is vision logic, something your master has kept you completely blind to. She is definitely bringing a lot of things together. So she is in the twilight zone between green and yellow. But you can't judge somebody's cognitive skill based on a 30 second video.

I feel like the process of integrating the stages is in part a relationship to understanding that there is no self.

So like in my case. I probably have 20% integration of the notself experience. Rather than a thought or paradigm or conceptual framework. 

When I see other people, the felt sense is that I can place my conscious locally within their paradigm and experiment with how they see the world. This is a felt sense, genuine, putting oneself in someone elses shoes type experience. Knowing the mind and awareness are separate, I'm noticing, is helping me have less dissonance from views that are different than my own. However it still causes an initial kick back when I experience dissonance, and need to actively do the dissolve process to move past it.

How do other people work through the stages?

@Jordan of the Shire it has to do with the pre trans fallacy. Basically you have to synthesize their pov and your own pov and not discount your own pov which SD green and other “sacrifice self” stages do.

Tier 1 reactivity and emotionality will always be part of you too. If you feel you need to protect yourself from tier 1 people then you are subconsciously in some sort of war within you.

 For example if your friend is jealous on you and plotting against you unconsciously. It is healthy to walk away or distance them a little a bit. Most people who are jealous will never admit. Because they are not aware of it. Most people don’t even know about the unconscious although 80% of the human is unconscious. Even Leo rarely talks about it which is why I don’t categorize him as a high conscious person.
