what are the most attractive qualities in a men?

I think a few are being the calm to her storm aka being grounded, abundant and therefor not needy, clingy or controlling. Another one I would think is being in control, not in control of her, but of yourself, like you have or seem to have your life and yourself under control. I could name more, but I am curious to hear from you guys.
