It is a process... all of us at different stages. Grounding and integration is the hardest part, in my opinion, because this is the inner path no one can help you with. We are each a unique amalgamation of biology, social conditioning, psychology, genetics, environment, culture, personal experiences, and the complex interactions between all of these variables over time. This means our path is for us, and us alone, to figure out. Spirituality can give us the pointers. In the end its all on us
