Well tbh . In my own experience I have seen that , if you don't masturbate I go to look to have sex with women . At least if I think there are open opportunities and opportunities to create some . Where is if I am not then ... There is not a strong emphasis to go and do that , or maybe I would do that anyway now that world should be open to me , but gotta see for myself . But I don't know if me mastuabting less = a stronger drive to approach / making it easier to approach it those are the same thing

Masturbation, if done consciously, is a healthy channelling of your sexuality. It doesn't have to turn into a gooner type affair. 

I have done semen retention for a month (until a wet dream broke the streak lol) and I found that the only positive was that it taught me some amount of discipline and also psychologically motivated me to get better at interacting with women.

I dunno if it has any woowoo energetic qualities to it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did for some.
