The unchanging witness is just a reflexive structure that's happening, it's a relative construction of the mind.  It's not an illusion but a relative structure that happens when the reality reflects in itself in the process that we call consciousness

Beware of this need to be superior, or of needing your favorite spiritual teachers to be superior. Beware of also putting them on a pedestal, taking sides in a debate, and calling them “bosses.”

Our goal here is not to make the ego stronger, but rather to surrender and to humble ourselves, so that we can help each other reach a higher state of consciousness and contentment.

The way you guys are doing it here, and have been doing it for a long period now, is as far as possible from this ideal.

There is a very subtle danger in making spiritual teachers into figures that we feel the need to defend at all costs, or in turning spiritual teachings into a competition where one teacher has to be seen as superior to another. The moment we become attached to proving that our teacher is better, wiser, more awakened, or more legitimate than someone else’s teacher, we should pause and look at what is actually happening within ourselves.

 We can admire someone, learn from them, respect their wisdom, and deeply appreciate what they have shared without turning them into infallible authorities or calling them bosses . We do not need to defend them as if our own spiritual standing depends on their superiority. Nisargadatta used to go to the toilet , just like you .

I think the need to feel superior is a block, I agree.  Just be yourself if you can afford to.  And you can't always, because you need a certain level of reasonable or wise restraint too.  Reconsider what you think a mistake is too.  It gets deep.

I don’t appreciate this communication. You are clearly trying to become an authority figure, and any opinion whatsoever that challenges or conflicts with your own convictions is automatically dismissed by you as us being less conscious than you of the illusions the mind creates.

You have to accept at some point that you live on a planet with more than 8 billion people alive, with radically different convictions and worldviews. Insisting that only your perspectives are true and everything else is wrong is as childish as childishness can get.

I understand that you’re trying to say that people shouldn’t be controlled by their minds. Been there done that . I have no issue with that idea itself. What I’m pointing out is the way you’re communicating it.

When you say, “don’t get fooled,” “you are the one who suffers,” and “either you listen, or suffer,” you are once again positioning yourself as someone who has seen the truth while the other person is supposedly unaware and destined to suffer unless they listen to you. When In fact, you don’t know if the other person is more conscious than you or is already aware of your point.

That is exactly the authority dynamic I was referring to. You may genuinely believe what you’re saying, but believing that you have understood something others haven’t doesn’t make your perspective objectively superior.

Yes, and once this is understood there’s nothing else to say or understand. It’s no good trying to explain this to others as it may cause rejection or confusion or gross misunderstanding.

People who know the unborn truth ought to remain alone in that truth, remain silent,  and just carry on with their ordinary natural lives. I don’t personally think this truth can fade once it becomes apparent, it’s a truth that once seen by someone it becomes a truth that cannot be undone. Like once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
 

Forums like these just incite the desire to draw comparisons between people who understand this message and people who don’t understand and people who don’t even give a flying monkey about such message. People will either get it or they won’t and won’t even care whether they do or not. So anything anyone else tells them isn’t going to work, people simply have to figure this stuff out for themselves. 

I’m guilty of not staying quiet as well, but at least I’m aware of that. It would be nice if people could silently  listen to the message and just leave it at that, maybe agree with the message or not, but all this bashing the messenger, or getting jealous and judgey about characters they know nothing about except what they assume  is just pointless ego flexing.

Any yes, of course this message is unbelievable because it’s a message that’s beyond belief. It cannot be reached as a belief because it’s unbelievable. It’s beyond belief, because there is nobody here to believe it. If the unborn truth is the only real truth then being born or being aware you are conscious is inevitably going to feel like a curse and lead to suffering. So it’s probably better to have never been born in that case, but again that’s just not the case because babies are still being born to suffer the curse. It’s no good trying to avoid the curse , it’s just blatantly unavoidable being born, so might as well just suck it up.. and stop trying to unalive yourself.

Nice try, but it's absolutely useless. He only communicates to put himself (patheously) on top.

Therefore, your explanation, from his point of view, is a tennis ball to be returned. It doesn't matter what you say; he's only going to process how to return it.

Cases like this are practically hopeless. It's strange to see because it's so obvious; it's as if their minds are colonized by an absolute need for self-validation that obscures everything else, like tunnel vision. 

What is the funniest is if you confront his point a bit he will say: I can't help you, you will suffer. Peace brother. It's like being invulnerable to any communication, any real perception, just self validation, like a robot. 

Imo it's important to detect this pattern to run fast when you find someone who operates in this level, over all if she's a possible girlfriend. Can make your life difficult and sad. Usually they are not so obvious, they are half half, then you can get blind to the elephant, that's dangerous, over all is she's hot. (I talk to myself sorry)
