Most of the forum is stage green. Stage green has a stage orange shadow. I find stage green dislikes quantification as a concept. They don't like when we talk about the burden of competence it takes to have results in society or just discussing concepts like sex, power and money directly because that leads to inadvertently creating a scoreboard.

You did give them an easy layup with some unhinged comments though. We can talk about sex and having high standards for one's life without being offensive. That's what emotional control entails in a debate, not getting triggered and stooping to someone's level and starting to lose your status by saying strange stuff.

Yes, there are men who white knight and protect women just for a crumb of female attention, and I know that’s who you’re talking about here. But the fact that their defence is coming from a questionable place does not mean all men who call out poor behaviour from other men have those same motivations. Nor does it mean that all men who call it out are sexually repressed.

There are valid reasons to call out shitty and harmful behaviour from other people no matter what stage of development you are at. It’s often just the right thing to do.
