Thought are part of the process that we call "I", same as breath. Then in "I", the human procces, there is a center that predicts and decides. This center, the self, is real, it's a process that is happening that have neurological structures created by evolution.

That self sees itself as a subject that perceives objects. You could say that all this is a model of the reality created by the brain, but it's also real. Maybe it's been created, but anything else is been created by the relative interactions that finds the way that's possible just because it's possible.

The external world is no more real than the mind, both are the reality being created by the relationship between states that overlap in a coherent and stable way, creating increasingly complex patterns. one of them is, for example, a star, another a mind. They are both real. If a subject arises in that mind who can hold his breath or commit suicide, that subject is as real as anything else.

The man is also happening right? You are and you happen. Enlightenment is removing the happening for a while and open yourself to the total being

Its a specific dream with certain guidelines. You won't dare break them or ruin the fun.  Notice.  If you wanted to break them you would.  And I do not wanna get dark but..you could break them by bailing on the whole thing. But you haven't.
