Bloody hell this therapy speak, armchair diagnosis culture needs to die.

@Brandon L Yeah he was clearly not the same and in psychosis. I give people into spirituality a lot of lee-way as I'm in the community and understand it better than norms but 'dem eyes don't lie.

I wonder what happened to him, or what the verdict would be from a Kundalini perspective or something.

I lost the track ultimately... does his psychosis comes from psychedellic abuse?

@Leo Gura

Psychosis is not schizophrenia; schizophrenia is an extreme form of psychosis. A person is psychotic when their ideas about the world, their subjectivity become debilitating. Paranoia for example is a form of psychosis, even if there are not hallucinations.

If a person has mental disorders that make them unhappy but not dysfunctional, in mismatch with the "outside world" then in psychoanalysis we would rather speak of neurosis.

Connor was unable to integrate well into society and even died because of his subjectivity. You could say he was psychotic.

I don't necessarily say he was psychotic. I say he was bipolar.
