Here's my trip notes from ketamine infusion session 3, dated back 1/2022 (with additional insights from 7/2023 after revisiting this trip) Enjoy!
 

Spoiler

• talkative during this session - words coming out without force / effort (not mania, although I did watch myself to make sure I didn’t become manic?)
   
• “feels like an endless orgasm” 
            - carol (my trip sitter/therapist) say that’s bliss
   
• no words can describe the bliss
           - Bliss is within and beyond all words. 
   
• ego dissolution, not completely
   
• one song reminded me of Ninja saxaphone player on Twitch 
          - You can experience music so intimately and connect them to memories deep within your subconscious.
          - music and life are synonymous/identical
          - asked to put music up higher lololol
          - At the peak, the music felt divine. The quality of the music was infinite. There was no longer judgement of the music. I experienced music beyond the human senses. I became music!
     
•  no distinction between what we call “reality” and “fiction”. it's imaginary/made up.
   
• experience felt holistic, like music… wasn’t waiting for a comeup or waiting for it to end
   
• how to bring these insights to “ordinary” day-to-day life?
   
• One of the machines in the room makes a beeping sound when the infusion is almost over. Carol  warned me about it before the session, and to simply ignore it.
            - heard beeping sound at end, it sounds universally hilarious
   
• able to heal my own pain by giving it love and attention, rather than pushing it away 
   
• At one point my heartbeat was so intense, it felt like I was about to implode. 
             - I opened up my concern to carol; she said I looked completely calm. She said I’m free to move and feel however I please.
   
• After the infusion, I asked one of the nurses if my heart rate was normal (they constantly monitor vitals in separate room). He said that nothing was wrong with my vitals. 
            - death is an illusion?
