Will psychedelics help me with my panic attacks?

Countries like Switzerland allow for such types of therapies to be conducted in clinics and hospitals. Of course that also has cons (e.g., not sure what setting would be), but if your case is critical that could give you some assurance.

Ketamine can also amplify those at the higher dosages. Which can actually be useful for processing trauma, I find.  Which is why it’s important @Toranvor does ketamine under a licensed therapist, multiple times, gradually increasing the dose until there is the breakthroughs.

@Toranvor, I read your bio and it says you’re from the United States. Lucky you, hopefully you’re near a ketamine clinic? Do your research and find clinics that have therapists that can assist you during your trip. It’s much more expensive, but totally worth it since you’re a newbie and have mental health issues.
