Bryan Johnson is great. In the past year he's motivated me to be healthier more than any other person.

Not a fan of Peter Thiel though.

IMO Bryan's marketing/brand is overall positive as it brings people into the longevity space, as well as plant-based eating. Better to care than to not care, despite many issues with the wellness industry as we know. Fools will fall pray to quick fixes, as anywhere else.

Co-hosting the enhanced games — which objective is maximum performance at the cost of health and longevity — is conversial.
