what is your form of healing?

What is your form of healing? What I do is kinda weird lol. I spend my time focusing on something that maybe makes me emotional, angry or hurt. Then I cry it all out with some loud music on or dance it all lose. At the end I get quiet and meditate, I feel for me this is my most natural way to release heavy emotions or heavy stuff I have been carrying. Doesn't mean I do this everyday, actually I am taking this time this week to specifically work on some stuff I need to process and doing some inner work and letting allot of tears flow, I know as men your not supposed to cry, but call me a bitch then. I don't want to walk with hurt and pain throughout my life. What do you do to heal from things that happened in your life or are happening in your life? Would love to hear from you. Thank you and also maybe this helps someone find a way to release (PS I also meditate before, so before and after listening to loud music and feeling the emotions and letting it all out)

Thinking about God will heal you.

Thinking about Gods total love for you will heal your soul.

Men are supposed to cry.

Crying = releasing attached neurons.

You see God you are dying, your neurons are detaching, you are going away and you cant stop yourself from crying.

Humans are made to cry because they have memory. Crying is getting rid of that. Thats why you cry when your loved one dies. You are releasing memory.

When you see God you will cry alot as you are deleting yourself in real time.

Next time you cry do it as hard as you can. Literally put so much pressure on your brain it will feel like its going to explode.

After you are done you will say I dont even know where I am.

If you figure out how to stop thinking your brain will automatically start silencing the ego. This will make you cry automatically randomly. It will feel really good and you feel Gods love. Now you are in bliss as you ride the wave of life constantly forgetting you exist over and over and crying cause of God.

@OlafFor me it's always been long walks, sometimes running or both. During these walks i just let myself feel and think whatever that comes up. Usually some feeling is already there before i start. Somehow the physical nature of walk and run helps body and mind to go through the troublesome feelings.

I'm not always aware of what's going on, but at the end of it it's usually better. Some days are much better when i do see the fears, thoughts and assumptions behind the feelings and that's when i have a prolonged sense of calm.

I guess understanding handles things on it's own, once understood the being takes over and takes care of it in due time.

The only thing that truly made a lasting difference for me was letting go of existential beliefs I held about myself — like the idea that I was broken or incomplete. Maybe you're carrying some assumptions about yourself that are neither true nor serving you? @Olaf
