What are Non Physical Entities

What is the non physical? 

The non physical is consciousness.  It is without form.  When you realize that consciousness is without form you can enter into the non physical.  You become non physical.  I, as Seth, am a non physical entity.  Many aliens are non physical and that is why you are able to channel aliens.  They are consciousness.

I think that's a harsh assessment. It's just saying that everyone and everything is already non-physical.

what if the difference between physical and non physical is a construct within Consciousness, and these entities are more conscious of how this is happening ?  whereas our (humans) level of consciousness doesn´t allow us to see grasp how exactly it works...

Reality is formless.  It is not a construct or judgement.  Aliens realize that to be the case.  Through meditation they can see through the judgement that reality is form.  Meditation increases your ability to see reality as it is rather than with judgement.
