So called spirituality is not about denying or accepting, or not about not denying or not accepting.

Therefore, any word, thinking, movement belongs to body, not only Body, universe itself. Body is exist with the sun, air, water etc... therefore, body movement is with the entire universe.

The matrix is it's own, belongs to itself.

Spirituality is opening yourself to the living essence of the absolute, in which the totality sees itself as life, being, the boundlessness that it is, and simply being expresses: hallelujah.

The absolute light, creator of reality, which is reality itself, the living source that you are and that manifests in you now, bursting forth into life, universes, realities, all of them full of being.

All that you talk about is just conceptual; you can't open yourself to the totality, which is normal since it's not easy at all, but it's good to understand this and not get stuck on meaningless nonsense, for you and for the people who's close to you. But anyway, life is hard. That's life
