@James123 your form of spirituality sounds like suicide. Enlightenment can only be true if you are truly dead, not half alive. If it's so important to be letting go of the body then letting it go completly would be the only real answer, what is death, what is enlightenment, because before that the ego will just hide in the form of some God complex, thinking it has reached the ultimate and its proud of it too.

Is anyone here familiar with the Author Tim Freke the philosopher and author of many nondual books?

He wrote loads of nonduality books, but recently changed his mind about nonduality, saying it just stopped making sense to him. So much so that he decided he couldn’t go on selling these books to people, he felt like a fraud and no longer felt like a genuine person anymore, so after spending years on nondual research and months and months of time spent writing books on the subject that he admitted he was once very passionate about, he then took a complete U turn and decided to destroy all his books. That’s someone who I can admire who isn’t afraid to be open enough to admit to himself that he may have been wrong about nondualism.

Enlightenment is suicide, but not as a pussy physical suicidal, it is surrendering, dying while alive, burning while alive.

Enlightenment is death of you. 

Absolutely, after enlightenment: God, enlightenment, self, death, life, meaning, meaningless vanishes, including word of vanishing. 

You realize that You are always what You are, body/mind is just took place now.

They come and go, but You are always Now.

There’s no such belief system as a non existent duality. Duality is how existence works, even though it’s still one unified whole, the illusion of separation still holds true otherwise nothing would make sense as there’s an inherent desire to maintain this separation because it’s rooted in survival and self preservation, we are selfish in this sense. We don’t want our lives to be destroyed by illusion, we don’t want to be selfless because nature designed humans to be selfish. 
 

Humans are complex self aware beings, they are conscious of birth and death and suffering and pain as concepts known and that is an existential dread too much to bear sometimes that’s why they seek ways to escape through denial. And is why animals are luckier than humans because they have no conscious story of separation, or an I who is born and will die.

Nonduality means there is no separation between apparent "things " or objects in existence even though it does appear that the world consists of separate physical objects..things.. selves ..etc . But Nonduality is the position that there is not two or more separate forms in existence but rather existence is one unified soup of beingness with no borders or boundaries.  That's all.

The point is this can be known but it’s pointless to talk about it to anyone else especially while you’re saying there is a you, namely you, but there is nothing there as that you. death and dying are among the greatest mysteries of the human condition.  Contemplating these mysteries, among others, is a way of triggering mystical experiences.  They're literally awesome and wonderful.
