Probably 3g if i add every single ingredient i ate in my salad today. Anyways hope this helps. 

Plant omega 3 doesnt have EPA and DHA, it needs to be converted first. And the conversion is really bad. 

I tried it. For a long time span I had a perfect 1 to 1 omega 3 to omega 6 ratio which I archieved with lots of flax seed and flax seed oil. Did a test for omega 3 and I very low on EPA and DHA. That needs to be supplemented.

Again that's what they told us but its not entirely true. Conversion is fine, especially superior with hemp seeds due to SDA/GLA and high magnesium content which helps conversion. And those (very low EPA/DHA) is based on a mainstream based diet calculations, so it could appear low, but in reality, it could be too high and risky for health. So there are many ways to look at it and its not always totally accurate and always changing.

Plenty of experts out there who share that a lot of the information we are told is not always correct, bloods tests ect... could say low this / high that, based on what? on people who eat such things. So we cannot base our lives on such findings, rather how we "Feel" is the most important and intuitive living.

People live all around the world, perfectly healthy and long lives, without knowing any of this stuff, and sometimes knowing too much makes us more sick and confused then we think we need more or think we are sick cause we've been told we are low on this high on that need this need that, and at the same time have lost our ability to truly listen to our bodies and respond to what we truly need and intuitive living becomes almost non-existent thus innate intelligence is out the window.

I seen some articles and experts who debunked a lot of this stuff and science, i'll share it here if i can find for you. In a nutshell they found that eating 2 - 3 Tbsp of hemp seeds per day for at least 3 - 4x a week is more than enough, and the less animals you consume, the better the efficiency and conversion becomes, because now the body is working with a different system and intelligently adapts.

Its the same for B12, Protein, Iron and all the other things they try scare us with, its all misleading science.

NO, I didnt listen to anyone, I paid for an omega3 test before the experiment and after the experiment to see if very large omega3 intake of plants convert into enough EPA and DHA and they dont, my levels were to low despite optimizing everything. I consumed like 10-20g of flax seed fat every day.

You loosen scientific authority where it doesnt fit your worldview. When it fits your worldview its suddenly valid science.

@Jannes I try to find a middle way with people, because for me, i know for a fact all of this is nonsense and supplement industry is a total scam.

Its all to keep us from truly being healthy and cause we are consuming the wrong and denatured things we experience difficulties.

if you eat raw living foods (how nature intended for humans) and enough fresh fruit, and lets just say "sprouted" ideally hemp, but maybe even flax-seeds, the results will greatly differ. People don't eat / live correctly, rather artificially, then wonder why they failed at life.

Its cause we are consuming processed, cooked, denatured, chemically altered food, we experience all sorts of disorders and deficiencies.

Then supplements becoming a (band-aid) approach which further rob our bodies innate ability to access and utilize its own divine intelligence.

Nature is flawless, perfect in its design, its man who is stupid and creates his own hole over and over again.

Nature is a piece of shit. 

That we survived till today doesnt mean me thrived. We could have just barely scraped by. 

That is not to say all modern inventions are good, there is plenty of shit in the foods industry.
