Advocaring for myself in general feels cringe but against active opposition would feel catastrophic.

I play football (soccer) 3-4 times a week, and dance multiple hours a week.

I couldnt agree more. Not only as a way to regulate my emotions and to stay healthty, but man it gives me so much joy.

Yeah dude!!

Back in the days I absolutely loved Ronaldinho and Kaká.

But for the past 15 years it has been Messi. Man this brings back so much nostalgia thinking back 15-20 years.

What about yours?

Lately, for me, it's been softer forms of movement - just walking, with the dog. I need to pick up running again.

Who's doing your emotioins, though?

Running is amazing. Nothing like suffer for hours.

Who is doing it? Me.

The real problem is a rection to the emotion itself.

He is extraordinary.

Tbh, I really like Ronaldinho because he is a wizard, embodiment of creativity, flow and fun.

Cristiano is extremely hardworking. It is insane!

Definitely.

You're doing both, then. First you have the emotion and then react to it.

Yep, 'wizard' is fitting. It's a shame that his career at the top was so short-lived. Messi and Cristiano went at it for more than a decade.

I recently started BJJ.

Though I might restart soccer too. Maybe Miguel and I can start an actualized.org soccer team, and win the Champions league.
