Sacred synthesis 5-meo-dmt vape

I was wondering if anyone here has heard of or had any experience with a US group called The Sacred Synthesis. They describe themselves as an entheogenic church and they offer a 5meo DMT vape pen that is meant to be used in a spiritual or ceremonial setting

From what they told me each cartridge has 166 mg of 5meo and it is designed to be taken in very small gradual pulls. Each 1 second pull contains about .66mg of 5meo. They also say they are operating legally under entheogenic church protections in the US.

I am not trying to buy or use anything through this post. I am just trying to understand what this group is like and whether they are legit. If anyone here has interacted with them been part of a ceremony or had experience with the pen they offer I would really appreciate hearing what you found good or bad.

The entheogenic churches in the US present an interesting legal position. I'm curious to know if users from the US have more info on that as well.

Pretty sure they got in trouble a few years back, although I can't recall all the details.

I think they weren't properly testing their product.

It certainly won't pass legal muster.

Treat it as not legal.

If you get caught with it, you will be treated as a criminal and the DEA will even want to make an example of you by throwing the book at you. You will get 10 years in prison for a stupid vape pen.

There is no such thing as a legit Schedule 1 drug dealer. The only way to be legit is to have a DEA license, which are impossible to get, or maybe a Native American reservation using peyote.

Only Native Americans get special protections. And only for a few natural plants. Not 5-MeO-DMT.

Simplest way is to get the fumarate from the same place as 5MM. If you insist on freebase, find someone in Canada to buy and forward it to you, or purchase directly from a DNM. The markup isn't even that terrible. Where there's a will there's a way.
