What about all the humans who aren't spiritual seekers because they are either comfortable with their own spiritual understanding or simply disinterested in it entirely?

They seek deactivation of the Default Mode Network in their own limited ways.

I don't think you understood what I was asking.   I am saying, who cares?   If someone is not seeking a deeper spiritual connection or understanding because they simply aren't interested in doing so, why is it anyone else's concern?   Isn't it a person's choice to make on their own as a human, trying to determine their best path in life?

I would rather call it, "realizing a truth". That is, i would not describe it as a belief, nor something about being a higher conscious exp., per say, as thats more consequential towards experience in general—and the subsequent pursuits of it. The thing you are *directing* towards, this thing you want to aim at, which is in the form of a question, is more of an answer that you would have to ask yourself, if in fact you want to ask about "where our beliefs have taken us", which is another way of saying, theres no *one, overarching belief* (for me) since it changes depending on context/other things/experiences—As, at first glance, it only may seem higher, or it may seem more true... thats only at first glance. So, a *belief* is a fleeting thing. Its more of an *aim*, vaguely. And, a higher conscious experience is fleeting, its all relative towards experience. Others may think what they have is a belief, but they really have an aim in a direction that *appears* like a constant. Its an assumption that the circumstances arent always changing the belief inside out.

It depends on the person.  Not everyone believes in God or a God.

If they don't believe in God, then obviously they would choose something else as their highest achievement, no?

They can choose something else, but that just means they are self-deceived.

God is irrelevant to your beliefs.

Sounds a lot like the Mormons who tell me I am going to hell for not believing in their dogma.    Just sayin.

@Entrepreneur Folks around here don't easily say their Apex isn't THE Apex. What they believe to be the ultimate is just impermanent conscious dust.

They don't realize, there is no fucking apex. lol. But oh... how much safety it provides and how it serves the ego.

They think because they explore "levels" of consciousness they are onto something. Unable to see what they're doing. As if the abstraction that they've defined as the "first" level of consciousness is any lesser than the abstraction of the "highest" level their human brains could comprehend. And oh boy, they want to fuse themselves with that highest level (ego 101).

Their hierarchy is made of the same impermanent conscious dust as everything else they're trying to transcend, but they can't see it yet.

They're constructing elaborate justifications for why their particular preoccupations are cosmically important rather than just... their preoccupations. lol

I wouldn't be so brash if they weren't so arrogant.

🤣🤣🤣

I like that. Like your recent content in general. In my perspective, sth feels different.

You went through some recent experiences that changed the way you perceive and operate? Or I am I just projecting?

And re content: there is sth about self-enforcing loops re this whole awaking love enlightenment consciousness stuff. Those are very hard to see from the the inside. Applies of course the same to me or you

@Entrepreneur This topic start is going exactly as you knew it would. You join a higher consciousness forum and ask a question about the importance of higher consciousness. Then you debate the point when you're given an honest answer by people who are passionate about the subject of higher consciousness.

Let me ask, when you were contributing to the entrepreneurship topic area (a topic you are passionate about) did anyone from the higher consciousness topic area come over there and question or debate you and ask: "why do you value the material realm over all else?" I doubt it.

Your contribution to the entrepreneurship sub-forum is greatly appreciated. But unless you are willing to open your mind to new possibilities that exist beyond the physical domain, I suggest you stay where you can be most helpful. Thanks!
