I sense a conflict here to he honest.  But right on!

What is needed to be said, felt, and acknowledged within oneself, is often externalized and paradoxically neutralized.

That's probably what you are sensing. Its a type of evasion i see the mind play often. Its a master trickster type of play.

The "fucking" made it more obvious. Reminds me of many Actualized.org players after their post-psychedelic pseudo-enlightenment experiences.

Few days later treating everyone like shit again. The cycles continue to repeat themselves. Hopefully one day things will change.

The self = conflict

More love, more equanimity, more selflessness, more hope, more more more......

Conflict is the sense of selfs' middle name. It doesn't become satisfied.

"The ego construct wants more money, more power, more love, more of everything.  Those on the so-called spiritual path desire to be more spiritual, more awake, more equanimous, more peaceful, more enlightened".      - Samadhi (Maya, the illusion of the self)

Nobody gets out of identifying as this needy self conflict either.........

It just becomes obvious that it was an illusory construct from the start!

Who or what recognizes it?

Nothing! 😳

Yes I see it very often, too. But it's so easy with others, do I notice when I do it?🤣🤣🤣

Also:  I wouldn't call it trick. Rather misunderstanding. The reason:

For me, the mind is not an independent agent. It's a tool. And its incredible flexible. Backed by experience, I assume we can gain a level of Meta-Control about it - so you can change your program, or believes.

As an example, my mind is programmed to externalize, to project my inner work on others. Which means I never solve my inner conflict, which means I suffer. WHY in earth would I do this? Why choose this voluntary?  Makes zero sense. The mind is not an independent agent, it's part of me and it just excutes whats given to it.

As soon as I realize this I make myself suffer, what do I do? I re-program my tool.

"Whenever I externalize, I check the same YXZ for me"

That's it.

Well put. For me, Its often how I can see so easily in others because i have seen my own minds play at work for the first 20 years of my life in extreme suffering, solitude and isolation. You could say i was a very destructive and toxic agent of the game of life, which was a mere reflection of the abuse i received as a child and growing up in my teenage years, then i met Buddha and Love, had a grand Death and Rebirth, and gradually started to attend to the "inner-garden" which lead to more of that.

And one day one beautiful lady said to be, you know, your mind is like a beautiful garden, you have such a beautiful perspective and relationship with life. I never thought i'd hear those words in my life, but then again, i was almost a completely different being after i came out of my shell.

I too have a very high intellectual mind, very sharp and can be very toxic, when its at rest, its very imaginative and playful, think a mixture of Osho and Leo, and if we don't find some form of unification and peace within our mind/body complex, it becomes destructive, the tool runs the show, destroys our lives, relationships, health, careers ect... Its placed upon a role that it was never designed to carry.

I often see my younger self/mind when I observe most people, which is why its often very clear to me, i know its plays back to front.

And you are correct, mastering others is indeed strength, but mastering ourselves is true power.

Oh it is, but you know whats more beautiful? When you actually BE IT more so than you say it, then we will really FEEL it, you don't even have to say it, it will naturally come of every single letter you type. That's the real power of love my friend, and this is what i often share to my lovers, that we don't have to even say "I Love You", in fact, it somewhat dilutes the purest form of love, as it is :)

Nothing wrong with saying, but if you wanna make it count, embody the words you wanna share, then it shall speak for itself.

Yeah, same for me or course. I see my previous self, but also I can only see what I - at least more or less - mastered or transcended for myself. Can't say my inner garden was super pretty in the past 😵

But as you say, psychology is literally logically, so it's a result of past experiences that simply shaped our programming. Nowadays, I like my garden more and more, some stuff blossoming, other seeds are planted :)

One thing that currently influences me is Metaprogramming from C Lilly. Might be a potentially nice task suited for your mind

The impulse to call out other people's games is itself a game - a common one.

We're all just humans playing meaning-games together. And there's no shame in that. Without games, there'd be nothing to discuss.

But it's easy to get caught up in thinking your game is superior just because it's more coherent or truth-aligned.

We're all on this forum because we're seeking recognition and resonance - we want our existence to matter in relation to others.

We just play different games to achieve that end.

But your game on your end seems real, not just like a game.  When we think of others, it's much easier to use the game metaphor.  You will allow things to happen to another, that you would not let happen to you or your tribe/family.
