The Experience Of Being Complete

I agree with that. Absolutely underrated is IMO understanding language and how it works, when it should be used and when it's a tool better left aside.

And relationships are crucial, too. How you relate to your own body-mind organism, how you relate to others and how you relate to events.

This understanding is IMO a HUGE gap in our education system.

Sure.

We as a collective are far-behind a deep understanding of self, language, hierarchy, distinctions.

Bug or feature?

Sometimes I lean towards the former, sometimes towards the later

Here are smart words that present my apparent identity but don't mean anything. At all.

I was basically just saying that you are a smart cookie for what you said. I was imagining an edible. And your response is highly regarded by me. That is all.

It is a conundrum. We need to believe in the dream. We need to transcend all this to have power over it.

Attach. Detach. Attach. Detach.

OK thanks for clarifying.

I love the cookies from Subway. My favorite ones are double chocolate and macadamia.

Mmm, I haven’t been there in a while! While I am allergic to those nuts, I do love their vegetarian footlong. I will go there right now… thank you for the reminder!

That's a great reply. Thanks for that.

I remember a conversation, few weeks ago. I did some coaching, and at the end of our time together I asked my coach what he thinks is gonna be a good "next step" for my development. Among other things, he said sth "improving the ability to hold multiple perspectives at the same time"

In theory, it's very simple. But in everyday life, I can see that this ability is indeed a continuum where I can become better and better.... until infinity? Every interaction, every event, every action or even thought is a training ground for that.

Edit: training ground+ opportunity to have fun with it :)

Study systems thinking.

I also recommend the book "Full Spectrum Thinking".

You will get a solid foundation to hold multiple perspectives into your baseline awareness.

Ok thx for recommendation.

One thing is different perspectives at same time, but it's also something I might call different dimensions.

Realizing that I'm communicating with two layers of consciousness simultaneously, one localized in the limited individual body-mind structure and another transcendental one. Realizing, processing and then integrating, transforming that information from this "dual interaction" into appropriate action.

To do that it feels I need a solid basis for my thinking (a useful and constructive programming of core believes and methods for operationalizing), but also to turn off my thoughts completely and just let it be.

Don't know if it's clear but if you have experienced it at least once you probably know what I mean. If not, I sound crazy 😂
