Is it good/healthy? How do you feel it relates to spirituality and consciousness work?

I tend to feel pretty horny at periods and it seems to affect my ability to concentrate/meditate. I tried all that “channeling the energy” up or something but didn’t quite work and overall it sounds like some new age spiritual bs haha. Is the best thing to just wank it out?

You cant remain horny forever, have you observed this? You can bring awareness(meditate) to horniness and it will dissipate, even if you have high libido.

Contemplate why you cant remain horny forever.
