When I was heavily training in Wing Chun I had endless energy because I luv'd it, i had practice 4 times a week, 3hrs on Saturday mornings, and after practice at night at my security job I would practice some more.  When You luv something there is endless energy available, but when You luv yourself its not so empowering for others around You, since its all about Me, Myself and I, no room for anyone else..

Its the same with my yoga practice, no need for motivation, i'm internally inspired to see where it takes me, so far its going well:)
