The gist of the book is to be creative and experiment a lot, but also to be methodical and write down what works and what doesn't. This will give you a good idea of what you're able to do.

For example in my life, I will often realise that I'm idly thinking about someone, and they then contact me soon after. It's happened so many times that it's not coincidence. The trick is, can I force it to happen? Maybe, maybe not.

Almost all people who claim to have astral projected, actually did not. Why they think they have astral projected, is because they were more conscious in the sleeping dream, meaning the dream still played out like a movie but was happening in their own enviroment.

True astral projection only happends when, 1. Blessed by a Guru/God to take you out temporary 2. You finish with this earthly dream as a human.

What true astral projection is, is when enviroment/your blueprint human body turns into energetic prana body which means you can see through it, everything becomes a vibration/energy, your crown chakra will be fully opened and you will feel connection to everything, the breath becomes your enviroment and not your lungs, you can make yourself the size of an atom, you can zoom into your vibratory veins and so on. Astral projection is you becoming pure consciousness in the soul body with no limits. The screen itself you're looking from becomes boundless/limitless, the ecstasy from unity/enviroment is incredible pleasant this is because you're a formless consciousness that can travel into anything or be anything or do anything.
