That's is a dream, in the actual astral projection there is only unity and connection to God nothing else, no evil beings,no terror, no horror. It's your ego creating a story just like in your nightly dreams. The problem is, you can't understand what an actual astral projection or body is , unless you have experienced it. And in your words and the energy you emit, i can definitally say you didn't have that experience yet.  There are different forms of dreams that can look like an astral projection.

I have also experienced what you have experienced, it's not astral projection because you don't have any freewill or siddhis and won't see any mechanics or how the world actually is. The ecstasy in the actual astral projection is too much and you can't just become conscious in it and stay, that's why only god can take you out temporary to get a glimpse or your physical life must end. The astral world or the world your soul sees and the things it can do is a totally different world/vibration, you have to be reborn again.

 

Sadghuru has said the same words like i do, i believe long time ago he laughed and said : Most people think they have astral projected, but in actuality they have never experienced an actual astral projection.  If you type in chatgpt how many people astral projected, the chatgpt will answer between 10-20% in the u.s.a believe they have had One OBE experience. So like 1 in 5, but in their experience it wasnt an actual OBE.

You will only get an actual OBE if again you get blessed by GOD and are on the path of god realization on earth like Kriya yoga etc. , if one in 5 of people would have the actual OBE the world wouldn't be like this  how it is now in confusion/brainwashing and terror , trust me.

Gonna post the screenshot for you, that i posted many times. This is an actual astral body experience, with mechanics and everything being visible and you being extremely conscious, more conscious then when you dream at night or when you're being human.

@Jowblob Life is a dream when sadhguru says that he is talking about that towards the sense that its meaningless for you unless you see God. Sadhguru dosent care about Astral projecting he is trying to get people to see the man in the mirror/Shiva.

You having a regular dream is an Astral projection.  If you want to talk about sadhguru he says you leave your body and Astral project every night when you are dreaming and hang out in front of your mouth.

Its just its meaningless because you haven't see God which is the beggining of having no fear.

You dont have to keep saying just trust me it makes me trust you less.

When people have sleep paralysis its them waking up in their Astral body just hanging out there by their mouth.

In the Astral plane there are tonnes of very scary monsters. Pretty much anything you can think of. A pizza man a succubus ghosts that screaming thing

A long time ago, when I was imprisoned, I encountered telepaths and psychics. I've never seen anything more vile in my life. For some reason, these people project their thoughts onto others, complete their thoughts for them, as if they're hallucinating, while sometimes having no connection to reality. I knocked one such telepath out cold - knockout. Only then could he finally truly listen to me, instead of spouting nonsense and pretending to read my motives. He's incapable of this, if only because he likely doesn't possess the same level of abstract thinking as I do; he'll only be mired in his own low energies. And mind reading isn't necessarily necessary; for example, if you're more intelligent than your opponent, and also more experienced in a particular matter, it will seem like mind reading.

Who wants to attend a retreat called "Prison"?

That is false, and you shouldn't believe anything you read, the truth is there is little truth here in the physical domain and it has been designed this way. The dreams your dream are part of your inner psyche and your bodily machine which only carries a small fraction of your consciousness that is limited to the bodily machine. The dreams you dream are not astral projection many people believe that is because they're not awakened and are just sheep repeating things. Look at it as the real you wearing a very advanced body vr suit that is programmed to create an experience like a machine including your dreams. Remember what is happening right now is peanuts to a very advanced technological civillization, and now imagine what God can do. I told you how it is, and i'm gonna leave it at that. I see your posts and the energy that it emits is confusion. 

The only true measurement of consciousness is having siddhis remember that, and the siddhis are part of the astral body.

@Jowblob You are confused as if I've read this. I have experience of it I didnt read anything. I'm just quoting the same guy you quoted at me. Here are some siddhis that Google says aren't Astral projection

Levitation/Flying

Clairvoyance (psychic seeing)

Clairaudience (psychic hearing)

Telepathy (knowing others' thoughts)

Telekinesis

Bilocation (being in two places at once)

Entering another's body mentally or subtly

Astral projection is one of these many powers, involving the conscious separation of the subtle body from the physical body to travel to other realms or locations. It is considered a significant siddhi, but it is not the basis for all the others. 

Furthermore, siddhis can be attained through various means, including birth (as is the case for flying in birds), medicinal herbs, the power of mantras, or intense austerity and specific yogic practices (like samyama). This further highlights that they are not all tied to a single mechanism like astral projection.

@Jowblob I don't beleive when people ask specific questions about what someone said into Google or grok. I heard it that he said we sit outside the mouth. The same way i heard elon musk say he wanted dark enlightenment but grok says he never did. I just don't rant to go search for the quotes through hundreds of videos.
