I don't know why but astral projection is a little spooky. I enjoy it but it definitely exposes me to trickster spirits .

@CARDOZZO To me its like a fear presence and I keep feeling it from my basement. But also upstairs. I have had 3 seperate dreams where I'm in my house feeling it and moving around trying to find it. Maybe its just the vibration of the earth. Or maybe its me.

I feel a presence. I love woo-woo topics. I would not know how to react if an Alien show up on my room. Like - WTF?! I have a fear barrier. One day I saw a indigenous woman praying on my room.

@CARDOZZO never had any luck with any of that. And I tried a lot.

The closest thing I get to an OBE is an altered-dream state that happens on nights with poor sleep.

The dreams are hyper-lucid and hyper-real in terms of imagery and emotions. Sometimes there are messages for me, where I feel like I'm tapped into a deeper level of my mind. I will often be flying, jumping huge distances or falling.

Yes all these abilities are natural but mostly lay dormant, until you decide to put more energy into them, wake them up and play around a bit.

I was practicing a lot of this stuff and experiencing some magical woo-woo results  And then I met something greater, the true self.

After that those things were kinda dropped, they are still active to various degrees, but more unified and balanced or integrated.

For example, I can easily change the weather, but I now practice non-manipulation, surrender, allowance, trust.

Goes back to the teachings of Tao Te Ching, the greatest power is a let go, a surrender, that is true love.

They can also backfire if you are ungrounded and unbalanced energetically. 

The Heart must always Lead the way.

As for books, I think the Celestine Prophecy was one good book i remember that opened my Spirit up a bit more to all this stuff, and maybe a few utube videos i watched all contributed to some degree, but Its been a very long time. Not sure how I would even find them, or even if they exist anymore. As for courses, I don't think i did a single course in my life haha 

I live in a very intuitive, mostly self-realized way.
