An experienced chiropractor. You'll need a program of weekly visits over a period of months.

It's not a guaranteed cure, but it's got a chance to work. Depending on your specifics.

Look for local Chiros with good reviews. Visit them and ask for a treatment program. Ask if they have been able to correct this issue in other patients and how long it took.

Compare multiple Chiros for better results.

Look into Functional patterns. They look wierd, but their methods seem to work.

Often chiropractors are short term fixes, not long term biomechanics root cause fixes.

By functional patterns, do you mean some kind of exercises can help ?

The chiro will give you excerises if they are needed.

Just find a good chiro.

Atlas Orthogonal is something you could look into. Long term advanced stretching and movement like yoga and similar modalities can help.

Years of mindfulness & correcting the wrong ways you use your body. Activate weak side. Relax stiff side. It’s good that you are questioning. That’s the first step.

Notice “oh I am out of balance, let me find my centre.”.
Do that all the time for years. You will loose focus over & over but no on will fix you if as soon as you leave the office, you walk like crap, stand like crap & move like crap.
