How to deal with hip joint asymmetry?

Hey, I have hip joint asymmetry and and shoulder asymmetry (left shoulder is a bit higher than the right). It quite drags on my back problems. How to deal with this thing and unfuck this asymmetry?

An experienced chiropractor. You'll need a program of weekly visits over a period of months.

It's not a guaranteed cure, but it's got a chance to work. Depending on your specifics.

Look for local Chiros with good reviews. Visit them and ask for a treatment program. Ask if they have been able to correct this issue in other patients and how long it took.

Compare multiple Chiros for better results.

Look into Functional patterns. They look wierd, but their methods seem to work.

Often chiropractors are short term fixes, not long term biomechanics root cause fixes.

By functional patterns, do you mean some kind of exercises can help ?

The chiro will give you excerises if they are needed.

Just find a good chiro.
