How the black community is allowed to use the N.... word, while white people are not allowed and evenly publicly attacked for it if they do.

White plantations owners in the South / Confederacy were calling their slaves the N word out of conformity well before it became urban slang in the today's Black community

True, it's not about the word itself it's about setting rules who can and can't use the word. That's the conformity I'm pointing out.

Context matters. Blacks were called N words by whites in a derogatory fashion- not to mention centuries of slavery and oppression.

No black person wants to be called N word by a white person simply because it just doesn't feel good.

Not sure you can call that conformity

The culture nowadays is not about the feeling anymore, it's about the rules.

Of course -- without rules you get social anarchy and chaos.

That's what government institutions and police are for.

The U.S. Constitution is a set of rules, without which we'd all be enslaved to most powerful.

Even in that case, the Constitution at one point only considered Blacks as three fifths of a human: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three-fifths_Compromise

Rules matter

Getting off topic here.
The only thing I was pointing out the rules associated with the N. word are a conformist way of thinking. I'm not saying anything that the feelings behind the word are not justified.

I challenge you to think of it not as rule based conformist thinking, but a social courtesy based off legitimate grievances of an historically oppressed group of people.

I have done that many times already. I have travelled to places seen and felt the heartship deeply that comes to having a different skin colour. I went through the phase of "White guilt", apologising for my ancestors behaviour. Sorry I can't live the history that comes with that because I was not born with that skin colour, but I have tried my damnedest to deeply feel what affect the atrocities the colonisation had on the world. Don't make the mistake that only black/african people were affected by extortion and slavery. Asian people were also wronged in many ways.

I live in a 3rd world country, that has history of oppression by Spaniards and the Americans before. I see it around me every day, how it affects the culture and the individuals.
I challenge you not think in absolutes, one kind of thinking does not exclude the other.

Pointing out a conformist way of thinking does not exclude the emotions that are associated with it.

Haha, guilty as charged. But this is one you only know if you did it yourself before 😉

Gymnastics outfits and point scoring or points deduction system. Highly conformist.

Yes. Mindfully notice the minds tendency to scroll down, giving sovereignty of mind away to a cesspool of conformist cliches, and choose not to. There are few actually thought out comments out of millions. The comment section is polluted.
