Pickup and dating in your 30s

Just turned 30. I’m back in a big city for a few days. Pushes myself to go out and socialize. 
 

Here are some observations from an introverted 30 year old:

1. Your self image and fears are generally lying to you

2. Just sit down and socialize with anyone and sometimes new doors and opportunities open up. Like, discovering cool new places, people etc

3. I ended up at a Karaoke bar and there was a very flirtatious girl but I wasn’t into her. 
 

4. There is a lot of work for me to do to relax more, and build state. I observe that people can read your state almost right away. Relaxing, dancing and having fun is cool. Doesn’t matter how you look etc if you are having fun people enjoy that. 
 

I have doubts around my age, receding hairline etc. but, I know I have to act now and go out etc. 

 

How about you guys in your 30s, how are things going?

I live in a small town the nightlife is a motel with 5 old people playing vlts.
