How to not look like zombie when going out

I went out today with colleagues at work, we stayed until about 2am and went home.

I was feeling great in general, although kind of tired at the end. But when I got home I got scared from looking at myself in the mirror: red eyes, blue bags under my eyes, super pale skin...

How do people manage to stay up all night and look hot and fresh? Is there some secret lifehack that I don't know about?

Did you keep on top of water?

Normally when I go out on the town I look like a ragdoll when I don't drink enough water (which is usually the first habit to drop when out). 

If you couple that with drinking alcohol, it's double dehydration time

You are right, I didn't drink any water at all...

I didn't really drink either though, just 3 shots spaced like 1 hour between each.

Start exercising more, meditating, eating cleaner and heather, exposing to sunshine and nature daily, less drugs and alcohol, more fruits and vegetables, more water, fresh air, breathing deeper, yoga ect... cleanse and purify yourself inside out and you will naturally look fresh and glow.

The external appearance is a direct representation of our internal state and body/consciousness.

I say this because I suffered from severe insomnia for four years, sometimes going through three or four sleepless nights in a single week. Going to bed at 3 a.m. is a great day for me, lol.

Since the universe is the manifestation of your beliefs, if you focus on the principle of sleep deprivation yes you'll feel like a complete mess with brain fog and all that; and the more you deprive yourself of sleep the stronger it will be.

But if you focus on shifting your attention elsewhere, stop pretending to be humiliated by it, then the side effects will gradually reverse as the belief dissipates and your attention goes elsewhere.

I relate it’s like you have to do so much to not look mega chopped. I was just at mini trip with my family and I swear I look so puffy after overeating twice at breakfast buffet. Like two days of eating extra makes such difference. And also skipping skincare routine once makes my skin look duller and more red. Then something simple as sleeping weird so my hair looks weird in the morning. Like damn it’s like you’re standing on a thin line between looking okay and looking mega chopped 😅😅😅😅

It motivates me to stick to my diet, then my face looks leaner, less bloated, to stick to my skincare, haircare, brow plucking etc. Damn. Hope I’m the only one who notices difference tho because I swear sometimes I be suprised someone likes me🫨
