This is brutal.

your info on weightlifting is like 5-10 years outdated

Like weightlifting fundamentals have changed in 10 years.

Not really.

Brutal is doing the kind of workouts Arnold did. He was doing way more reps than that with insane weights.

Bodybuilding requires more reps than strength training.

For serious bodybuilding you want to be doing super-sets. But this is overkill for normies.

Keep it simple and fundamental. No gimmickry.

You feel more of that "hellish" burn from lifting moderate to heavy weights with 10+ reps than lifting even heavier weight with less than 8-10 reps.

Try almost failing a max deadlift. You'll maybe not feel a "burn" during the lift (rather like your entire body is going to split in half), but your back will be sore as hell the next day. I did essentially this once and I almost passed out:

Have you heard of bulgarian lite? Thats what I follow with some great results.

I have subpar genetics and Ive done 180lbs one arm rows. At 170 lbs while I was 19.

Havent! I'll check it out though. I found the secret for me was just eating more lmao. Tried everything besides that. For one month i was literally eating just chicken, greek yogurt and protein powder hahaha (but eating only at maintenance)

Only in the last 3 months only thing that changed was my calorie intake and my bench went up 20lbs. My protein is also embarssingly low too, im getting maybe .7g/lb rn. For me at least, feels like my body is capped in terms of strength at my current bw
