When death comes, which belief will you cling to?

Will you say, I am God,

or I am infinite,

or I am everything?

And when death sweeps you away,

will you still be able to hold on?

Non duality is another form of duality.

That's where you error. You do not need to explain how anything. Everything is functioning perfectly on it's own.

The heart never asks how it's beating.

Exactly. Body doesn't need you.

There is only you because there is no other than you.

This is not about Need, Needing, Needy.

You were the one that asked how you do you, not me.

You is never lost.

I've tried to lose myself once, I tried to disappear, but it was futile, as I just kept popping back aware.

Who told you that? Did you read that from a book? Or, did your mother or father tell you that?

The story of the 'vanishing you' is just another story.

And the story is never separated from the book. I read books. Books are everywhere.

So if there's no you, then why is there a body, who knows there is a body that exists?

Does a body know it's a body, does a body know it exists as a body?

When you vanish, Self is always there yet, thoughts appears and disseappears, as body and universe.

Body does what it is supposed to do.

You remain untouched, and rest as always.

@Mellowmarsh the body is a hologram. Its like pixels on a monitor. When you zoom in you see atoms are just pixels and your entire body is made up of pixels not the illusion of the bodies form. The pixels of the body can change at anytime and when it happens you see there wasn't a body there and you weren't in the body.

If you already know all this, why bother writing it down, unless you keep forgetting you know all this, in the need to remember.

Body does. There is no doer.

Yet, it is programmed to 10% of survival (only eating, sleeping, drinking water in order to function).

Yet, reflection of empty body is love or shining the Truth.

I dont think you have a choice. Its like having a choice in which dream you have. The reason we exist is cause theres something we dont know about ourselves. The reason we dream is cause theres something we dont know about ourselves.

Christ guys don't shit in the paddle pool.

Behave with some integrity. So disappointed with the interactions here (not everyone).

If you have a lot of charged emotions just empty that shit into the journal section. Learn stoic boundaries instead of having to crush opponents. It speaks to YOU having been crushed in the past and not knowing how to handle it with stoicism, thinking retaliation solves it. And that means standing your ground without the need to smash the opponent.

' No. ' will end someone more effectively than giving them juice to fight back with nasty words.

I hate having to hand out corporal (so to speak) punishment but it will happen if this continues.

It is far easier to trick someone, than to convince them they have been tricked.

Same way a tree operates. All by itself. A body doesn't know it's a body. It doesn't even know it's alive. It's just operating all on itls own just like everything else. Nothing needs to know anything to operate as it does. Does electricity knows it's electricity to operate an electric fan or does a car needs to know it's a car to run. The body is the same way.
