The real question is, how do you know it is a chicken or tomato soup? When you say, because it is make out of chicken or tomato. That's naming and labeling.

All i am saying is there no free will nor controller. Duality and non duality or thoughts and feelings arises within You, life happens trough You. 

But, You are none, unnamable.

Why though, we are human beings, not mute animals or trees, or ocean life. Our entire lives depend on our natural capacity to communicate conceptual language. Why not include this aspect of ourselves?

you are assuming the innocent baby and it's dependence, and animals, trees, or ocean. 

you can say, if body doesn't breath, it dies. Yes. If there is no trees, no oxygen. So body even depends on the nature, water, etc... 

So, The body and environment is together. Not separate. 

When recognition happens of above. There is no separation, just the moment. Therefore, no more assumption or beliefs. Body thinks, moves, trees crates oxygen, sun creates lif form, heart beats etc...

So, just lie back, you don't even need to watch. 

Just let arises and falls. Fall deepest, fall greatest. And realize You are always the bottom.
