Withdrawal symptoms

10 posts in this topic

3 days ago I decided to quit listening to music for a while until I can add it back into my life where i'm using it in a healthy way and not a crutch.

My withdrawal symptoms started today, how long you think i'll experience withdrawal symptoms for?

The stuff humans do. How tf do you use music in a healthy VS unhealthy way. Man, go listen to your music or not.

What you know leaves what you don't know and what you don't know is all there is.

Lol. If you want to call eliminating fun and beautiful things from your life "withdrawal symptoms", then go ahead.

You can’t escape it. As soon as you get your butt off the chair, feet will start to beat the drum. Breath will add texture & your voice will produce notes wether you like it or not. You could just sit down, shut up & do nothing until you die but as long as you are here you are music:)

I agree with this, I don't understand what OP's aim or goal is.

It might be helpful if there was a clear reason - as in - is the the listening pathological? Does the user avoid all life responsivities because they just want to listen to music? Are they unable to moderate volume and damaging their hearing?

Sound and music are conduits for joy, emotion, feeling. And, speaking for myself, have always been a healthy form of expression. Therapeutic even.

Deal with the issue now, on your terms, in your control. Or the issue will deal with you, in ways you won't appreciate, and cannot control.

Music is a state of consciousness. It literally happens all the time if you bother putting your attention on it.

Have you ever heard silence? Yeah me neither
