Aside from Leo’s youtube video and multiple threads about it on this forum, I would appreciate if we make it all coherent here.

What do you know, especially that’s new in 2025? Please share.

I will do my first ever heavy metal chelation based on all the information we gather here.

I think this would be a great idea. I'm not currently doing heavy metal chelation but may go for it some point. What about moving this thread to the health and nutrition sub-forum however?

Everything you need is in the Andy Cutler Fanatics Facebook group. It's the safest and most detailed guide on how to detox that I’ve found. Leo’s video is good, but follow it at your own risk. It’s his own protocol and research, and it's less cautious than ACC. If you happen to be extra HM-toxic, you might screw yourself up.

I haven’t been able to find the urine test that Leo shows in the video. All I can find on amazon is hair test, which is not vey reliable.
