You should still take notes after each one, lest you forget important details. But small unstructured snippets aren't worth anyone's time, including your own. It is best to gradually accumulate and integrate your insights on a particular aspect, or better yet deeply interconnect several of them in a single glorious overarching writeup. You're guaranteed to learn a ton in the process, plus it's more efficient and futureproof too. Personally, I'm no longer going to publish individual reports, unless it's to share information about some novel substance/dosage/ROA and whatnot, for science. The contents, unless properly articulated, can only serve as mild entertainment.

Well, it's hard.

I have suffered through painful injuries and a neurological disorder. I have some experience of going through difficult times.

I just try to remain calm as much as I can while observing what's going on.

When the trip starts, I start sensing that I can't run away from it, because it's total.

I have been smoking DMT while observing what was happening to my environment. That approach is very limiting, because my ego is waiting to react to what's happening, which makes me paranoid.

A few minutes ago, I just zoomed out my attention to everything and OMG, I got blasted into Pure Consciousness and Dream. It's just ineffable.

Of course, it also depends on the dose and the frequency of the tokes. I just smoke a very small amount (it's so tiny, less than 5 mg, that I need to do volumetric dosing to understand how much I'm taking in, however, I don't have a vaping device to test it) of DMT after every 2-5 minutes.

I found that doing a deep, intense breathing exercise before smoking takes the trip to the next level!

It cuts off my negative thinking and keeps me from getting lost in reactive mode.

For me, it’s similar to a 5-MeO-DMT trip—clear-headed, with tingling sensations.

That exercise puts me into a non-ordinary state, and then when I smoke DMT, the trip becomes insane, imaginary!

It's not banned, but one vendor responded that they cannot ship that product to my country, and the other ones don't have my country on the list.

Q: Does the realm and the subsequent beings feel like it has the potential to rearrange you? Like do the entities theres give you the impression that they are there as like a fail safe to do a full spiritual swap? As i was wondering how we are gonna be intelligently rearranged (in the end) as i feel like there needs to be an event where the dream world settles into more of this hypothetical dmt world im calling it, in order to actively and purposefully rearrange everything in an intelligent manner cause otherwise we are like falling through a dream space forever and its like, thats super no bueno. Like do yous get the impression that your entrance and body/presence within dmt space is like a filament of a material item that *belongs* there in a weird way—is what im asking—and/but because of the proclivity to want to stay on Earth and the uneasiness with being rearranged, you are shuttled back into your wakefulness? i never took dmt before so thats why i ask.

I mean ppl describe the experience as if theres an intelligence in there so im tryina see like, just how intelligent are we talking? is it like a vague intelligence, or is there something poignant about it that you can feel albeit way over the experiential mountain in terms of the fear of finding out whats lies beyond.
