Review Ending unnecessary Suffering by Peter Ralston

After reading this book (I haven’t finished it) but you will see that all problems are self made. Especially other people’s problems, dramas, and tragicomedies are self made and it can be clearly seen. Then I realized if other people’s problems are self made then my problems are self made too. And it is much more difficult to see my own bullshit. I couldn’t see through my own problems when I looked at my problems at “human time”. Humans don’t think on long term. Humans usually think in terms of days and weeks while some very successful people think in months and years while if you really want to see through shit you have to think in infinity. Every moment is infinity. The book until now is the book of not knowing 2.0 and it is very refreshing. Reading that book prior is necessary though. I tried to listen to the book but one really needs to put all of the attention of the book to get anything out of it.

Moreover, the others problems or dramas are your imagination as your problems.

Yeah, sure, except that "oneself" includes a genetic foundation created over millions of years with conditioning as solid as steel, plus each and every interaction with the entirety of infinite reality in infinite dimensions throughout infinite lifetimes creating butterfly effects that fluctuate in eternity until they create that small energetic vibration of unimaginable complexity that encompasses the entirety of reality, which we call "suffering." So, if you want to change that energetic dynamic that encompasses infinity and open your psyche to the whole, the lobotomy that Ralston proposes is only going to serve to increase the volume of his bank account, which is something. Oh, and to frustrate you and keep you trapped in a false idea without possibility of real positive movement , and the suffering is going to happen in another way, because those principles are not real.

That is funny. I have to admit. But Ralston didn’t say that. It was my own addition.
