Why is the one self surprised by it's own creations

If there is only one self, why am I surprised with the action of other people.
If the one self is creating everything, including all beings, why is there confusion about the motives of these beings?

I can go to some person and ask them a question, but why am I unsure about the answer, If I am supposedly creating that exact answer.

Isn't it, that with absolute solipsism everything must be totally predictable. Why are the self's own creations unpredictable to the self?

Because you are in a very low state of consciousness at all times. You are dreaming.

It's not just people, you are surpised when you look around the corner because you have no idea what you'll see.

Of course you're surprised. The only way to not be surprised is to be Omniscient.

Infinity cannot be totally predictable because it is endless. Even God does not know all parts of Infinity because Infinity is always spawning new parts.

Because you’re existing as the sense of a separate self? 
Even if you enlightened you’ll see nobody but confusion about others motives can still arise because you’re still operating at the human level. Like there could still be a “self” structure in place , I’m not sure.

Yes. Although you're not going to be living from such a high state in everyday social situations.

I have very similar experience. For me, talking to people in these states feels like taking to previously unconscious parts of me.
