Toothpaste with flouride or without?

52 posts in this topic

Dr bronners uses glycerin which coats your teeth and doesnt allow the proper flow of dental lymph fluid, as well as holding in bacteria.

Other than that it's good

Not green bullshit, since i started practicing her methods the dentists tell me i have almost no plaque and all my 75% of my tooth sensitivity is gone.

Use baking soda and salt as toothpaste

Use plant oils that are crafted intentionally or oral use to influence the mircobiome populations.

I use Dr bronner's toothpaste. I have the spearmint right now. I'm going to switch everything hygiene to Dr bronner's for now. Also I use radius brand toothbrush, what are the best ones you found and use?

I never had issues with fluoride personally.  I use Sensodyne.

Overuse (especially coarse salt or aggressive brushing) can abrade enamel, leading to sensitivity or damage over time. It also lacks fluoride, which is proven to prevent cavities (no strong alternative matches its efficacy). Dentists generally recommend it occasionally, not as a full replacement for standard toothpaste. Once I week I use flouride and the remainder without flouride.

Last time I visited my dentist which was about a year ago, the chef changed his protocol and made a treatment which involved fluoride optional. Point was that new studies seem to suggest that fluoride is toxic in some way. There seemed to be some internal disagreement in the team as well. The chef also seemed to wake up to the new age and I guess everything associated with it.

I'm not sure, that's an interesting question. Do you use toothpaste with fluoride?

A little late to this thread, but hydroxyapatite is a very good alternative to flouride (it's literally what the outer layer of your teeth are made out of).

Use black charcoal toothpaste sparingly. It erodes tooth enamel.

I've ordered this one (my earlier one, Dr. Collins Biomin Restore, contained titanium dioxide, which has been banned in the EU for concerns about genotoxicity). Very few ingredients (full list below image):

26_1500x.png?v=1753129821

Full ingredients: Water, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Xylitol, Hydroxyapatite, Calcium Carbonate, Propanediol, Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum, Stevia Rebaudiana Extract, Erythritol, Sodium Gluconate.

As for "natty status", water is natty; sorbitol, xylitol, erythritol are natural sugar alcohols found in fruits (Stevia extract is also used for its sugar alcohols), glycerin is in your skin, silica is everywhere (in your food, in your body), calcium is in your body (carbonate too), propanediol and xantan gum are fermentation products of natural starches, cellulose gum is derived from natural starches through a simple chemical process using e.g. acetic acid (but usually monochloroacetic acid which is highly toxic, but yeah, they try to wash it out, but microscopic amounts may remain), the gluconate in sodium gluconate naturally occurs in fruits, sodium is in your body.

I been using Dr Christophers tooth and gum powder (made 100% from herbs that support dental and oral health).

No fluuoride, sls, glycerine and other unnecessary bs that only coat and prevent proper reminirelization. Also finding out that Miswak sticks are great too, apparently plastic bristles are not good for our teeth either. It seems the whole dental procedure we do actually works hand in hand with having dentist visits more often. Plastic brushes, toxic ingredient toothpastes and mouth washes, dental advice, less teeth, emptier pockets.

And yet there are millions of people all around the world, especially in remote villages and indigenous tribes who don't use any of these products and many don't even brush and have perfect teeth and dental health, makes you think huh?

Do not some of the chemicals in the sticks and potentially in herbs in general freak you out?

There are should we say many "herbal ways" to die.

How i see it is that (nature understands nature) and has been perfecting and adapting / evolving in harmony to find balance and equilibrium in all life and all living beings with the environment. The harsh chemicals in natural things don't effect us or as seen as foreign to our bodies as synthetics, and our bodies usually have developed defenses and evolved and adapted to be able to handle and know what to do when too much of something naturally toxic has been consumed to prevent premature death. Of course there are quite toxic things out there, but you'll often find are actually nowhere near as toxic as we've been spoon fed to believe. I've been bit by venomous insects, spiders, even a snake once, and nothing serious ever happened. I've ate a bunch of amanita mushrooms and never had a bad experience, in fact I felt amazing, i observed the animals, how they ate them, i followed and discovered somethings, of course I wouldn't touch death caps, we all know about them, but even if i did, next to them grow milk thistles, the cure for mushroom poisoning, nature has it all figured out, we just need to open our eyes and senses and become properly re-educated.

This is also because I stay close to nature and do not artificialize my immune system with modern medicine, pharma drugs, synthetic substances and supplements, false foods and vaccines, so when I do get exposed to something toxic, i still have a naturally functioning immune system that knows how to do its job. You often find people who are raised more artificially who then go out into nature and die of the smallest insect, and its the same for a natural man who was raised in the bush, if they all of a sudden are dropped into the modern environment we live today, they get very sick very quickly and often why indigenous people had some of the highest rates of deaths and bad reactions from the covid vaccine, its entirely alien to their systems.

Another example would be fluoride and sodium fluoride, one is toxic that our bodies see as a "foreign substance" and one is not as much, because its naturally occurring, but also at quantities 100 - 1000x less than they put in our tap water or toothpastes. Or Lets say Apricot seeds, they have been very beneficial for their abilities to target and kill cancer cells, and yet its the naturally occurring cyanide in them that does it, but take too much artificial cyanide or selenium, its probably your life, and yet eat all the brazil nuts and apricot seeds you want, the body seems to know what to do with the excess and has natural indicators that signal us to stop when its enough or too much, unless of course we salt and roast them which then tricks us further. This is where people get into trouble, our entire system is backwards from the natural way unfortunately.

Or here's another example, CBD oil works wonders for most people, and yet once my friend was taking meds the doctors gave him for a surgery he had, and i wanted to help him out with some CBD oil, and he had a very bad reaction, because his body was flooded with all these artificial medicine there was a clash in the system of competitiveness. It was a very (wake up call) experience for me, because I know it has helped him before.

Same thing for Ayahuasca and MAOIs ect... far less likely to have bad reaction with natural herbs but take it with MDMA and you can die.
