Mhh it's so hot i can barely sleep this week (almost 50 degress); it makes me ruminating and more dysthymic in general that enrich the vitious circle; i don't have motivation to respond to people.

From a non-dual perspective, it looks like a desire to move towards more holistic forms of intelligence, because the loss of energy prevents you from jerking off to conceptual and shaky things, because it's just too tiring.

In everyday life we feel like we are someone contemplating and adapting to an objective reality which surpasses us.

From a idealistic (monist) point of view, it's an illusion and the opposite is true; consciousness, the "projector" that we could call god, is the ultimate substance or at least primary to mater/limits; the whole universe is the creation of this consciousness. Religion can be dumb but atheist are also and maybe even more; god is beyond limits so trying to debunk or even prove god with science would be like CJ in GTA saying that science proved cars pop at x frequency and things like that and all these scientific deductions are probably the proves that there is nothing greater beyond this world. Who decided of low of universe ? God ! What generates consciousness given that we are supposed to be basically biological robot ? When do we fall from an objective world to a subjective world ? Is my computer alive ? IT'S SIMPLE SUBJECTIVITY, CONSCIOUSNESS, GOES FIRST !

Yesterday i smoked two cigarretes and fap several times. 

Then i felt particularly weak and felt the urge to go very early to my bed.

I wasn't be able to sleep almost all the night, had serious intestinal inconforts, nausea, wanted to vomit several times, and back pain which is correlated to gut issues, i had fever too so it was probably a little food intoxication but i felt cigarettes and fapping weaken me and had perhaps potentiated my disease.

It really shot a bullet next to my head; if i don't take care enough of me soon maybe i will developp a cancer or something like that and and find myself in a such state maybe everyday. 

Once you lose your health it's all your life who is stolen.
