It’s easy for me to eat healthy, I eat healthy on weekdays then I might have a dessert on the weekend. I think that’s fine. With losing weight the only thing that matters from science I’ve heard is calories in calories out so as long as you’re in caloric deficit you’ll lose weight. But ofc I care about my health to so I wanna eat healthy too. In particular I wanna eat more plant based. On weekends I tend to do OMAD so one meal on weekends, one big meal tends to feel enough for me. And something sweet. And then on weekdays I do two medium meals a day.

That's as good as it gets in terms of looks imo. More then that is just sugarcoating with makeup and stuff.

Because I’m not attracted to women (although I can still find them sexy) it’s not about sexual enticement but purely what looks beautiful to the eye, in this case disregarding anything such as spirit. Not that those things don’t matter but in this context we were talking about looks purely. But once again sometimes spirit can shine through the looks and bring the looks up

Maybe it's a subconscious understanding of what a sexually enticing body looks like and seeing that as a holy grail.

Victoria secret models are very skinny, they don’t tend to have very sexually enticing bodies, that’s not the look they go for , the model look is skinny. A sexually enticing body would be like this ideally : more curvy. The reason I think that comes from I’d guess maybe some societal influence but maybe even more biology, I don’t know , it’s interesting to analyze
