  1. Thats amazing. For how long have you been doing this? I would like if you could keep me updated on your progress with these two practices. I wouldnt be suprised if you make great leaps of growth. Both as a practice.
  2. @Leo Gura What are your thoughts on doing lots of long SDSs in a short period of time (lets say for about a year) to short circuit ones way to enlightenment? Do you think this approach to enlightenment is flawed and short sighted? A response would be appreciated.
  3. How did you get here? What practices have you been doing that lead here, lead to your realizations? Was it contemplation? Meditation? Affirmations? I ask cause i too would like to experience from direct experience what it is your taking about. Thanks.
  4. @Tony 845 Nice. I see you trying to learn kriya yoga. So im I. Let me know if you want to match up to learn together. I think mixing SDS with along side kriya would be tremendously powerful.
  5. Much appreciation. I would assume that kriya + SDS would make a ultra powerful combination. I can only imagine how much more powerful that combination could be with a add in of self inquiry throughout the SDS abiding in the after pose of kriya. Yeah i saw this that guy is badass.
  6. @theking00 The crazy thing is. Its easier to live without a ego.
  7. I use to be so bothered by my cold hands. Now a days it doesnt affect me much. I dont know if its cause i got use to it tho. My hands are like ice cubes at times no joke. Even in this cold 30 degree weather it dont bother me much anymore. Keep your practice going, more gains to be made!
  8. Kriya Yoga Exposed would be much better book to start with. Leo does a hybrid version of kriya from both authors.
  9. @InfinitePotential I got a metronome app set to 60 beats per minute. I count the beats. I havent got to supreme fire yet. You could also go on YouTube and search for ticking clock
  10. Lol i wish i could say the same still. I forgot to tell you but i recently broke it. It was nothing special tho. I was just doing about 10 mins on average daily of preliminary techniques. From that book on leos book list i never made it past om japa into the chakras. I recently tho picked up the other books leo recommend and i can say im excited to start a new streak. Lets see how it goes. That would be awesome. From which book is it?
  11. Much much appreciation thanks for sharing
  12. @Jcent Where did you purchase your version OneNote 2016?
  13. @ivankiss Thanks man! Im appreciative of your reply.
  14. @ivankiss What would you say contributed most to you being at this stage in your life? I would like to learn something. What kind of practices did you do? Thanks
  15. Sharing. These are notes from this blog i found. This is going to sound really stupid, but it works. Practice getting up as soon as your alarm goes off. That’s right — practice. But don’t do it in the morning. Do it during the day when you’re wide awake. From <http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/04/how-to-get-up-right-away-when-your-alarm-goes-off/> Set your alarm for a few minutes ahead. Lie down in bed just like you would if you were sleeping and close your eyes. Get into your favorite sleep position. Imagine it’s early in the morning… a few minutes before your desired wake-up time. Pretend you’re asleep. Visualize a dream location, or just zone out as best you can. From <http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/04/how-to-get-up-right-away-when-your-alarm-goes-off/> Now when your alarm goes off, turn it off as fast as you can. Then take a deep breath to fully inflate your lungs and stretch your limbs out in all directions for a couple seconds… like you’re stretching during a yawn. Then sit up, plant your feet on the floor, and stand up. Smile a big smile. Then proceed to do the very next action you’d like to do upon waking. For me it’s getting dressed. From <http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/04/how-to-get-up-right-away-when-your-alarm-goes-off/> Now shake yourself off, restore the pre-waking conditions, return to bed, reset your alarm, and repeat. Do this over and over and over until it becomes so automatic that you run through the whole ritual without thinking about it. If you must subvocalize any of the steps (i.e. if you hear a mental voice coaching you on what to do), you’re not there yet. 16. Update: After doing this habit for a couple months i highly recommend everyone give it a try. Its become effortless to wake up at whatever time i would like to. The key that makes this habit work is that you train the subconscious to do all the heavy lifting. That resistance of getting up when you dont want to is virtually not there anymore. In this more willpower if freed up to be used towards other more important things. Why waste willpower when you dont have?
  17. Spend that hour or two of free time contemplating what you should do. Lol @CreamCat
