  1. I think it was the nootropic video of Leo’s he mentioned a mixture of supplements/vitamins that you can take and avoid a cold or flu when you feel it coming on. Not sure if he ever shared it but does anyone have a go-to they can share?
  2. Yes health essentially. Balance. Equanimity and feeling spiritually connected. Probably many other elements too. I wasn’t familiar with Mikes situation so I was doing some reading and saw a 2024 Men’s Health article about him describing steroid use giving him extreme anxiety, intrusive thoughts and ‘thinking about violence all the time’… It seems like Mike values physique over the quality of his thoughts. Fame and muscles aren’t worth more than tranquility to me..
  3. Living in alignment with values, meditation, behaviours, habits, mantras, affirmations, rest and relaxation, breathwork, spending time with people who do the same. Reading high quality books. Journalling, exercise and anything that can help to release stagnant energy. I feel like these things contribute to a good setting and influence for quality thoughts.
  4. So much going on here brother
  5. I thought this was fascinating. Makes me wonder what kind of potential there is here? Video: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-07-28/gut-instinct-jane-dudley/105583270 Article: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-07-28/faecal-microbiota-transplant-credited-with-curing-bipolar/105541522
  6. Can you buy your own ingredients to cook or even offer to cook for your family? My take on Leo’s video would to be mindful of the experience as a whole. E.g thoughts, emotions, feelings/sensations in the body. What’s the craving actually feel like in the body? How do you feel when you’re eating junk food? How about after? I don’t think it means you have a free pass to eat anything you like though!
  7. You could ask yourself what your relationship is like with it, why do you use it, how often, does it interfere with your values, vision, goals. Are there any negative side effects? How much do you use? Are you addicted? Does it occupy your mind when you stop using? How much time do you put towards it? Are there negative side effects? Is there a history of mental illness in your family? Do you live in a place where you could face legal consequences such as criminal charges, loss of licence, loss of employment. Some things to consider. I would say that weed used sparingly and at the right moment, rarely is the way to go, for me.
  8. Louise Hay was a beast at reframes. https://www.louisehay.com/101-best-louise-hay-positive-affirmations/
  9. May the fourth be with you my friend
  10. @Aaron p Can you explain the do not mantras? I was led to believe that the subconscious can cling to the end of an affirmation or mantra e.g it hears ‘believe in materialism’
  11. @Willie Are you 84 y.o Willie?
  12. Reminds me of that Adam Sandler movie, Click
  13. Take it easy on yourself. Maybe do some guided relaxations like Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, time in nature, kick back and do nothing sometimes. Try and get a nice balance and flow going in your life. I also like a book called Destressifying by Davidji
  14. @Leo Gura Can you recommend any other insightful books on Schizophrenia?
  15. Leo has a video called ‘How to manage your money using a budget’ - I found it pretty helpful
