Hola...... my journey into yoga started as soon as i saw actualized orgs first vedio... before, i used to dump yoga.. but now as im doing yoga, very basic things like alternative breathing and susumna breathing.....it really helped my meditation, inquiry, focus..so it would be off great inspiration if leo made mny vlog type vedios relating to how he is stacking yoga techniques...and on what phase he is moving along... so i can move along too... reading from book is not helping... leo's recent vlog "postures for yoga.. the type of sits.he demonstrated"... it really helped... Sorry guys pardon me if im asking lot... i should learn to do from the book leo recommended.. (but i dont have dollars to even buy it)is thr any pdf free ?...

Hey...do i actually see a girl out in so called "external world". A girl seperate from my skin? When me and my girl wears small colours in outfits.. we both tend to rejoice but we both dont see the infinite oneness in our naked mind and body same pain; fears; concepts and all and alldogmas etc etc...right from fingernails to hair its without boundaries ... its infinite... why dont i see her? Actually? Does it take a decade of work to actually see it and not the" girl"....
