I think both of you guys are a funny example of taking spirituality too seriously, where it gets to the point where human dialogue gets shut down because of a spiritual concept. -
I believe in the self, a soul identity that is not separate from everything else as different branches on a tree growing in their own individual directions they are not 'separate' from the tree and the other branches. for me the truth is like a crystal with many facets, it's not solid or static, the truth is as infinite as the universe. it may benefit one to believe that we are all ''one'' and that there is no separation if one wants to tune in with the highest vibration, the one of being '''one with everything''. Then that truth is guiding them higher, towards that place. That may the focus of Buddhism, just to reach that dimension where we're all ''one''. But one truth is not exclusive of the other. Feeling separated from the universe, feeling like a physical body in a foreign environment is also a real experience for me,it is also the truth otherwise it could not be experienced. And for those who wish to keep experiencing this ''dimension'' of being a body in a foreign universe they shall keep hanging on to that truth. I guess the ''truth'' is for me a malleable tool with which we guide our awareness to different dimensions of existence and vibration. But no ''truth'' is better then the other, everything is perfect as it is, everything that exists is valid. Whether it's to feel as one with the universe or not. that's my personal take on it How I came to this point is a mix of my experiences with psychedelics and without, by learning from various teachers and my own intuition. But at this point I couldn't really tell you exactly why I view the world in the way I do, I cannot think or rationalize my viewpoints anymore because for me these are matters the conscious mind cannot grasp, and so it cannot be explained anymore, I can only share some ''guidance'' and my vibration.

Separate no, we are our souls, the illusion of separation is our ''memory gap'' and in order to awaken and remember we need to be open-minded and open-hearted. Open to new knowledge, for that we have to be able to be in a humble state of not-knowing. Open to love, for that we have to be able to trust in the infinite intelligence of the universe, that everything is unfolding perfectly right as it should for you and me, so there can only be love with peace in the present, no conflict. For me this knowledge is streamed down through my personal experiences and my various spiritual teachers. Perhaps you mean that the Buddhists believe that we are all one? I do believe in that, that on the highest vibrational dimension we are all one, we are the universe. But I do believe on other dimensional levels we all branch off as individual souls with an unique essence in order to explore and express infinity. I don't believe one or the other to be exclusive, everything is happening now.

These are a few of the signs that I interpret in my daily life as direct communication from my higher self to me. I've been getting more and more aware of this communication so I decided to share it with you all, and if you guys have any signs like this in your life then I'd love to see them too.

yes by soul I do mean an individual eternal and infinite essence that may or may not reincarnate after death. on which part do you wish clarity?

whatever you do or decide know this : you are perfect, so whichever way you chose to go, it will work out this is a test of love, can you see the good in your teacher, can you see behind his aggression and relate to him? it's a chance to practice unconditional love...you can't practice unconditional love with people that are easy to love. Now to love is not to pander and agree, you can love someone and still call them out on their shit, but out of a place of companionship, not a place of ''me vs my enemy''. I can tell you that there's no enemy. Would you be more enlightened then your teacher wouldn't even bother you, he could tell you what you want and it wouldn't move you, that is inner peace. It's important to identify that the enemy is not the circumstance, the pain that you feel is the learning gap. You are always responsible for how you feel, it is good to know that because it brings back all the power to you. If you feel bad it's not your teachers fault, it is a fault in your perspective. Which you can correct by approaching the situation with an open mind and heart, which will open up inner space for learning and knowledge to stream into you. It can be that you are not ready to deal with this situation, that you are not ready to ''tolerate'' your teacher and explore how you both feel when you interact with each other. Which is fine, there will be other challenges when you are ready for them. If you feel like a certain source of negative energy is too overwhelming, that this teacher drains too much of your energy then you need to protect yourself. if I was really in your place I'd try to tolerate him, to accept the outer spillings of his inner suffering. If I was in your place in the sense that it's too much to deal with I'd talk directly to the teacher in private and call him out on his toxicness and ask him to stop and if he wouldn't I'd ask him to stop again, again and again, until I'd be forced to report him to the administration or something. These are my personal solutions and ways and are certainly not the ''best'' ways to deal with it. The best way is the way that feels right to you. If your idea is a very small form of resistance be it so, if it feels like your idea ,from your heart then it's good. simply put, either consciously tolerate him and try to practice a vibration of love, or defend your own vibration/state of being by doing something about it, anything.

As flow with life said, you can lock someone in prison out of love. just as you would with a child that misbehaves very badly, you put them in a corner. ''prison so to speak'' but the day that most of the population has attained such a high degree of love and spirituality that they are willing to let murderers roam free there won't be any murderers because any such negative energy will be immediately dispelled by the magnitude of love vibration. some might think that being ''loving'' is being weak and naive, but love and acceptance is of higher power then negativity, then dominance. Love is so powerful that when love and negative energy meet there is no fight. That's what love is, immediate peace. Higher vibrations of love reach directly into the subconscious of beings in its radius, and what would happen with a so-called ''murderer'' is that the very idea of murdering wouldn't even come up in their minds anymore. That is real healing. we tend to disbelief in the power of love because we have rarely seen true love. we see the mixed love that is a product of our collective consciousness. Then we compare it to power and think that love is weaker. Most of us are only at the mere beginnings of getting in touch with our love. deep love is extremely powerful and it is absolutely more powerful then negative energy.

to categorize one thing as real yoga and the other as childish is in my book putting labels and expressing elitism and close-mindedness. the only degree by which one should measure one yoga or another is if it feels good to yourself personally. If it feels good it's good yoga, if it feels bad then it's bad yoga. It's an entirely personal experience. So what I advise is try the first thing that comes to mind, if it feels good, keep doing it. There's no ''perfect yoga'' for you out there that you can't live without. If life is free and playful it could not possibly be this restricting? The thing about being perfect in every way is realizing that you are perfect in any way, no matter what you do. You could grow amazingly with one sort of yoga and amazingly with another. The common factor here is ''you''. That's why you're perfect, you can try anything and it will be of great worth and insights to you. So there's no need to feel pressured to seek the perfect circumstance, the perfect ''yoga'', you have everything you need right inside you and you take it wherever you go, whether it is the love you need, the spiritual lessons you need to learn, everything is within you at all times, so playfully navigate life. Your higher self is so intelligent it will manifest your life in a beneficial way to yourself no matter which direction you take.Whether it's yoga number 1 or yoga number 3, you will reap great benefits out of them, so just follow your joy, your curiosity. -

the problem with the ego is that it never wants to learn, it doesn't want to improve, to improve means that is not perfect, that it is fallible. Your ego gives you the illusion that it wants you to improve, but in truth doesn't it always make you feel horrible if you're not doing things ''perfectly'' from the get go?How can there be a longing for improvement if the ego wants you to be perfect from the first try? That is a good way to detect your ego, it doesn't want you to make mistakes, which is why it doesn't see any benefit in failing. For the ego to make a mistake, means that your survival is threatened, because the ego assumes it is always right and perfect. It assumes it's complete. And you can't be 'complete' if you're making mistakes. Ouch. For the spiritual self, to make a mistake, it an occasion to learn and grow. The ''mistake'' is not a threat in any way. It's merely calibration. You are never complete on the spiritual path of learning and growing. There's infinity to learn and grow because the universe is infinite. The ego views things from above. From a place of perfection, any mistake is a ''step down'', it's painful. The spiritual self looks at things from below, any 'mistake' is an invitation to take a step up. Everything in your life is for your own benefit, to push you higher. Your world is yours, and it is the way it is so that you can grow, everything in your life is a helping hand trying to pull you higher. -
wonderful to have experienced the infinity of reality....the same ''world'', the same ''concepts'', the same ''props'', but experienced in entirely different ways. It's like there's a blueprint, a world, people, animals, architecture , senses...but we all take this blueprint and make something completely different and unique out of it, just by the way we are aware of the everything. Our awareness is like a painting on a blank canvas. We all share the same canvas but not the same painting. And there are infinite ways in which to experience our reality. the one unshakeable thing that never changes when you transcend reality, that is you, everything can change around you, but there's one part that remains the same. which is why it never makes sense to focus on circumstances...there's never anything wrong with a circumstance, you could experience the same event, the same circumstance in a million different ways. always focus on yourself, you can create a reality just as vibrant as the one you created with the help of your psychedelic tool of exploring.

I think the mix of pain and sex is very interesting to look at if we want to get another perspective on this topic. The people who are into BDSM manage to use pain and suffering in a pleasurable way. I think it's a matter of opening your heart. If you truly believe and know that the pain and suffering in your life has amazing lessons to teach you, that they will lead you straight to new insights about yourself and the world you can experience these specific feelings in a new way. If you know that there's no distinction between pain and bliss, that they walk hand in hand, you could even be grateful when you're in pain because you know it will lead you to greater bliss. I already gave this example once but basically imagine this : if you knew you'd have to suffer intensely hard during 100 days, but after that you'd live forever in complete amazing bliss, you'd take the chance right away to suffer a 100 days. You'd have a hard time the first 10 days, but by day 50 you'd be counting down the days, looking forward to the end. You'd be in peace, because you know for sure that soon the pain will be gone. Peace in suffering and pain, is knowing that the suffering and pain is leading you to a greater place. It's not an obstacle, it's a stairway. To nurture this trust, to nurture this acceptance, is to nurture the inner fire that will you keep you warm and loved at all times, no matter what happens to you. when one closes their heart to pain and suffering, then it becomes very hard to live, any negative event that happens to you or someone else becomes torturous. If you open your heart and believe in the insights of negative events, if you believe in the positivity in the negativity, then it becomes easier to go through pain and suffering and to see others go through pain and suffering...easier and easier till you don't even notice when you're in ''pain and suffering'', because it has become a part of you, because even in ''pain and suffering'' you have this amazing joy in trusting the process, the growth, a joy that illuminates the pain and suffering and thus ''it'' disappears. And it appears that ''it'' was merely a negative definition of a part of your life.

the thing about soul memories is that before you can access them you need to be ready and open-minded enough. If you're afraid to die and you're completely identified with your current body and life how will you be able to handle memories of you having a different body, of you dying many times over? You'd go mad, which is why your higher self will never stream down this knowledge until you're ready. It's all about being ready take up discrimination for example, if one has a tendency to discriminate people of other races he will not be able to access his soul memories because he won't be able to accept the lifetimes where HE might've been of different color. That's why everyone is a mirror. If you have problems accepting murderers and rapists you'll be in for a hard time because you might've been one in a previous life. Same if you're slightly sexist, you might've been the opposite sex in a previous life, so you're again looking down on yourself. Which is why people are literally mirrors of ourselves. The problem with accepting murderers and rapists is that we view them as deviants. They are not. They should be viewed as young toddlers that don't have much of an idea of what they're doing. They are in a deeper amnesia and know even less about their identity of love. while older souls that have passed more time on earth have more of an idea of who they are, and therefore aren't as confused. If you see that you are advancing spiritually in your life and being more loving, you should be able to recognize that the further you go back in lifetimes, the less spiritually advanced you were, and so the more confused and less loving you were and you could've very well made the same wrong choices as the so-called ''evil figures''. The key is understanding that it's all just a big game, we made the choice to forget our identity and play and incarnate in this civilization, and every single soul on earth knew the risks and degree of suffering, we all signed up for this so we could overcome and learn to grow our love even brighter. There is no such thing as a ''victim'' Only with open-mindedness, love and acceptance towards self and others can we access the higher truths of the universe and our real identity.

these guys are live proof that enlightenment can come from ANY direction, there's infinite ways to enlighten. They started with basic pick-up, how to connect with women, which pushed them to investigate the human mind and emotional states. And now they're past pick-up, and helping as many people as they can with direct shadow work on the subconscious, directly working on the release of the inner real self. I've seen a few videos of their sessions and it's powerful....it's great work. They are fellow lightbringers

one only needs to meditate for 5 min to feel to feel clarity, to feel lightness, to feel relief from all that is not true. there couldn't be any greater proof of the nature of spirituality. The truth is in how you feel deep in your heart, you have inside you the answer to every question in the universe, to listen and trust your heart is the highest form of 'thinking'. -

allow yourself to wander....we always look for ''activities'' in which we lock ourselves in. there is a state between doing nothing and doing an 'activity', that state is a place of growth, that state where you're looking for the next step. just allow yourself to be in that state without fixating on a certain thing to do. it's like a bridge between you and your next clear purpose, if you can learn to walk this bridge comfortably, you will gain a greater insight on your desires. if you want to get off the bridge too fast, you'll fall into an activity that will not be as fruitful and full of lessons had you waited more, you'll probably fall into something you did before, repeat and routine ; boredom is a sacred place of learning about your true desires, respect the boredom, be grateful for it, for it will show you the way to fresh desires -

- 1 turn the prison into a place of love with my high vibration - 2 I'd probably quickly learn how to astral travel if I'm paralyzed - 3 anything that happens in your life is for your ultimate benefit, so do not fear it, if it happens then there is great things to learn, and great growth, the greater the challenge the bigger the growth. there's no limits, you could still achieve amazing things being sick/weak, what is real can never be threatened or lost....to genuinely be is all you need to do, and your life will manifest around you and your circumstances -
do we not have an infinite amount of time?

I agree, we should strive towards love and togetherness. but how can you can do that if you point the finger at certain people? love is unconditional, togetherness is all-encompassing. you cannot go towards that direction and not accept a certain group of people or their actions. how would that work? love is so powerful, it is so high vibration because it accepts everything. for me to love is to know that on our deepest level we are all one, we are all the universe, so to reject someone is to reject yourself. for me to love is see that everyone is perfect, not only when they do good, but when they do bad, nothing is ''random'' or without purpose in this universe. you are not wrong in your reality, to see good and right, that is your vibration, but if you think this way you will stay in a karmic reality with good and wrong, positive and negative, separation, distinction between you and your world. this is in my book, not the way towards a vibration of love, to embody love , to go higher, you have to go all in and make no distinction between you and your world, and love every part of yourself
-
who's wrong though? the universe? no one choses who they are, no one choses their personality, their reactions, the energy and impulses they feel, their sexuality, their race, their parents. you could say murderers and rapers could not murder and not rape but that's denying what is. they do murder and rape so who's fault is it that they feel the need to do that? did they engine their bodies and mind to react like this? what is, is, and everything that is should be accepted in my book. are saints really saints? are killers really killers? one could have been a saint in a life, and in the life before that or the previous lives before that a murderer/rapist. same the other way, a murderer in this life could be a saint in the next. if you look beyond the illusion of death things get a little less black and white
-
all of it is pain and suffering. there is nothing wrong with the way world is. but there is nothing wrong with the way you view the world either, it's part of your spiritual growth to go through this negativity the first step to enlightenment is realizing the gap between your current intelligence and the intelligence of the universe, which is infinite. not only to humble yourself, but open your mind to new perspective. the world as it is, is an empty circumstance, you assign the meaning you want to it, the illusion is that one might think that the world has inherent meaning and you're merely observing what's going on. This is the illusion most of us are under. You are the creator. You can see the glass as half full or half empty, this is really what this stuff comes down to. Positive or negative. You can chose to see the bad in the world and believe in that or you can chose to see the good and believe in that. the problem is that negativity is of lower intelligence, it leads to fear, distinction, separation, conflict and self-violence and violence. While positivity is of higher intelligence, it leads to open-mindedness, connection, exploration, curiosity, clarity. it's hard to get this, if you don't get how deep and overwhelming the meaning you assign to the world shapes your awareness of it. I've done a lot of psychedelics so I explored states of being where I felt completely peaceful, sometimes in complete bliss, in the same world that I thought was so shitty. How could I feel so good if the world was so ''fucked up'' as I used to think? it made it easier for me to realize the deep impact my view of the world has on the way I experience it. I'm a thousand miles away from needing psychedelics to feel good about the world now,I can assure you that if you open your heart and your mind, to positive definitions about the world, you will be amazed by the things you will understand. this world is amazing, but it takes you to raise your intelligence to get why it is, it takes you to raise your sensibility, so it takes you to raise your spiritual vibration and you will get all that. You need to grow spiritually to get what's going on and why it's going on. it's a matter of trust, you can't make these spiritual insights come down to you if you keep believing in negative stuff that you make you feel bad. this knowledge won't flow down to you while you're hanging on these dark ideas about the world. first you need to release these concepts, and be in a state of openness, a state of not knowing. to be able to be in a state where you consciously know that you don't know shit about the world and about what's going on in it is the highway to spiritual growth. literally objectively you are not wrong, if the world feels shitty to you then it is shitty. but know that the world is not a static circumstance, it could be an amazing place, you are the one creating your awareness of the world....the world could feel amazing or it could feel shitty, there is no truth, there is no right or wrong, you chose how the world is, that's your power as a creator of your own reality. I really mean it, I had a few months where my mantra, my way of growing was constantly repeating to myself : ''I don't know shit, I don't know anything, I don't know shit about what's going, I have not a single clue what is going on, I know nothing, nothing at all, I know nothing, call me Jon snow'' slowly as I practiced a humble state of not knowing did I start to actually know more. you have to be humble and open-minded to receive knowledge from your higher self. how can you grow spiritually if you think you've got the world figured out? where is the space to grow if you think you know everything about how the world works? How could you possible learn something new if you think you're on to everything? be aware of that

Arkandeus replied to LRyan's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
hey if you're feeling bad then leave it, the video might've been enough for you and just what you needed. on the other side when you dive into stuff this deep it's important to know that you're not supposed to ''get it'' all, don't worry if you don't 'grasp it'' on a conscious level because I can assure you that on a subconscious level you are grasping everything, no matter how complex it seems, and you will absorb and use the information in a way that you cannot predict, by new insights in the future, new behaviors , new perspectives. it's never really about what you read on the surface, or what you see on the surface, acquiring a higher vibration is not a concept that you ''get'', it's more like getting in touch with energies that make you dive into higher vibration. when you learn something from a teacher or so, you are resonating and tuning your vibration to them, the message itself doesn't really matter, it seems to matter, but it's only a bridge for an energetic process. can you perhaps tell me one or two noticeable things/lessons/information that you remember from the book, that stayed with you? keep this in mind when you indulge with material that seems ''too advanced'', nothing is ever too advanced for you, never. but again always follow your heart feelings, if something feels bad, you did good to back off
