@Aggelos Doulgerakis Yeah, sounds like you have some stuff to work through, but you seem very eager to solve your issue and that's 1/2 the battle. So, I'd say try therapy again. You may need to stick with it a bit longer this time.

Sounds psychosomatic and is called emotional gastritis. I linked an article for you. It suggests a 3 fold approach- medical, emotional and diet changes for treatment.

@Alex bliss Zodiac signs often give a decent generalization of potential personality traits.
I ask most ppl I talk to their zodiac sign, for fun. My sign is the communicator of all the zodiac signs. I got in trouble for talking soooo much in grammar school, its not even funny. Ok, kinda funny.
Now I can control it, mostly, but if I set my mind to it, I can essentially have a conversation with the most socially inept communicator known to man.

Desires eventually lead to suffering. The amount of suffering depends on how strong the desires are and if they're prevented/blocked, if not blocked, then pleasure ensues, but then one worries the pleasure will end, which again has the potential for suffering. Since all things come to an end, eventually, then all desire leads to some amount of suffering.
It seems, to flow with life without suffering there can be little attachment to desire.

@Stratos Maybe keep reminding yourself why you walked out (ie. It was toxic). Write down what was toxic about the relationship. Give your rational mind a chance to over-ride the emotional body a bit.

Oh, something just came to me from my past that you should NOT do.
I had a guy a million years ago ask me (would've been first date) if I wanted to go get pizza (it was a Sunday afternoon).
I said, yeah sure. He said, okay sounds great, have any money? I said, um why? He says, cause I'm broke and have no money. I hung the phone up on him.

There's having tinnitus ... and then there's hearing Om (Aum). The calmer and more peaceful your mind the louder OM can get...if not calm/peaceful, but actually agitated or upset "OM" can completely disappear.
