Iam a smart phone addict ?

There is a short story by Anton chekhov about a banker and a young lawyer who make a bet with each other about whether the death penalty is better or worse than life in prison. and lawyer is made to spent 15 years in solitary confinment to get bet money. He actualy self actualize there and on last day of his solitary confinment he put a note there and run off. The note declares that in his time in confinement he has learned to despise material goods as fleeting things and he believes that knowledge is worth more than money. Yes i will self actualize and in 20 years it will be Awesome and to extent i cant even imagine. But when Im Free, i think i will kill myself.

First spiritual book i read was story about Milarepa, eight nine years back and it still amuse me...

Why God Why is to so hard to get laid ? ?

Leo these are problems iam facing 1. Fear about Enlightenment how will it affect me and family. These fear very deep and unconcious.(There are deep fear in me about many thing that iam not even aware about) 2 Before following your teaching i was doing Dasha Maha vidhya (Sadhana of Devi one Ramakrishna parahamsa followed) and here in India there are many type of practises and we seek Astrologers help to find which path suits one and i found out Sadhana of devi was better as My previous birth was related to it and path is already laid. I stopped it after seeing your videos and followed Zen method for last 1 year and had a day of Ego death experience. But still am little confused to which path to follow. 3 when interacting with people and seeing there low concious behaviours i tend to lecture them.(And most accept it) but I want to stop this as i see my ego is getting build thinking iam high concious guy 4 How to increase my meditation time without being neurotic.

So we are moving from blue to orange and when finding out orange materialism dosent give any value we go back to true spirituality. But isnt here a problem like will they again fall to blue. We cannot expect everyone in orange is orange and there may be shades of blue not everyone in america or west is full orange there are still those crying jesus is saviour. (No problem as long as they dont bomb up people screaming praise the lord) but thats not the case in middle east. Envirnoment is getting destroyed rapidly. Iam from Kerala which is famous for its green is loosing its green. We are not getting rain like old times (5yrs back) and its getting hotter and hotter day by day. (And i feel pity for people who are saying climate change is hoax) And baba ramdev is not admired in my state much and people are looking with suspicion. Spiritual masters are not cared much even in our spiritual circle. Even on Sadguru we have two opinion. (I like both of them for there work). Thats why i said let materialism run its full course.

Start a meditation habbit for atleast 20 min and come after 3 months. ?

Arab world where is the change? Saudi? Last month i heard they hanged an Atheist . Arabs in general are very very hard working people ? they dont have time for march or anything. (Money dosent raise conciousness)

Not only that we think we sorted out spirituality. But actualy we and past couple of generations have lost spirituality in true essence. India should go for full materialism and enjoy its full taste and after finding how shallow it is then we can come back to roots.

Same here ryan iam going through same thing. Last year was kind of very emotional for me and not anymore coz of meditation. But now i dont care about anything and there is lack of enthusiasm. on things like relationship and all i dont even care i dont even care to speak to my family members. .I know my life purpose and all but it is not motivating me much. i had a small Truth experience four weeks back (a day of bliss) and after that i reduced meditation time to half hour and even stopped Self enquiry and mindfulness.. last two days iam kind of doing shadow work to know what is happening but no result yet. (I even raised my voice at mom and throwed pillow that kept under my hands at her for disturbing me during meditation since i was in meditation i could notice there wasnt no anger or anything in me and i started laughing. ya apathy and turning nuts ?)

I will defenitely go to vote. So that people wont elect a guy who would send self actualization guys to Gas chamber ?

So for past few weeks during meditation I feel like I can't fill my lungs with enough air (during start of meditation my deep breath is ok). It's almost as though the focus on the breath sparks this involuntary reaction, (and its kind of feel like a brick on chest) and during meditation iam yawning couple of times . Does anyone have a similar experience? (I first thought like my heart chakra is out of balance and all for that i did chakra meditation but it didnt help.)

My college friends called Me Muni (which means sanyasi) for fun. and guess what Now iam an alien to them.

To me Yoga is for helping meditation. i had one of worst spines and while attending a vipasana i had a insight i should start going for yoga so i can sit longer in lotus position without those iritating body pain. I went for yoga and guess what my body posture improved and i can sit with out any problems in lotus for 1+hrs. But after 6mnths i stopped going and guess what body pain is back ?
