  1. @caelanb psychological death is the realization of the dream, physical death is the end of the dream.
  2. @Serotoninluv for sho. Food is 99% of the whole puzzle, ime. It reminds me of how when I smile, I feel good, and when I feel good I smile. Eat good - happy, think happy - easy to pick good food. Eat healthy and stay focused on wanted vision and it's hard not to enjoy the shit out of this life. I hear people can transcend this all together. Eat anything and they remain connected. That's interesting to me.
  3. @Joseph Maynor This has happened to me as well. I was a crazy crazy focused autodidact like you were. When I saw what it is & where it's coming from, how it works in the physical limited sense was not very interesting anymore. If you're sad about not having the passion for knowledge assimilation anymore, I suggest a creative hobby like an instrument. I find the experience of playing guitar and singing enhancing to my spirituality. It takes some time in, but I vote it 's worth it. ❤️
  4. @Joseph Maynor I was into purer fasting years back. I do 3 day raw protein shake "fasts" regularly now for years and I find I get the benefits (Uber clarity, love connection, effortless focus, etc) without the muscle entropy & loss on physical energy. I don't eat the meat, bread, sugar, preservatives, etc though - like I did back then. I think how we're choosing to cleanse is completely relative to what is being cleansed (as in what we've been eating and drinking). Let us know how it goes! Always good to be experiencing! Can't go wrong.
  5. That you will cease to have a conscious experience if you shoot yourself is not an experience, it's a thought. So you don't have to pick that thought. I can see why you would, but you should see why you wouldn't. You might be basing this on your experience of being born or being alive, but you'd have to admit, those are not actually experienced, just thoughts. You could have picked your eye ball and said that without your eye you would have no conscious experience. You are not your eye, yet you perceive through it. Your brain and body are them same. You are not them. The perceptions are illusionary also. Everything about you and me that is physical, is actually not at all physical. It's an experience of physical by something that can't be defined by what it perceives through (you and me) Separation is the experience, just like you watching a movie is an experience. One is the reality. You and me are 99.9999999% the same thing, and in reality, 100% and 0% the same not-a-thing (as math doesn't even apply either) Focus & pursuit of the no-thing experience seems to invoke and be commonly attached to fear in general. I just want to add that the no-thing, the One, in my experience, is pure love. Unfathomable unexplainable uncomprising unconditional mystical AF pure blissful real love, and is conscious (though not conscious as I mean to be stating here with thoughts and words - not in any limited sense - LOVE in an incomprehensible unlimited sense) It's come to be my understanding that the fear lies in what separates us, what we hold in some degree of focus, which is actually in addition to the love, not indicative of the One in experience, only in thinking and emotion (the movie / illusion).
  6. @iTommy Congrats on your break through! The cosmic joke of thinking and awareness - so awesome! Enjoy!!!! ❤️ I laughed for almost a week. You are The One.
  7. @Principium Nexus not as in living off the earth, no.
  8. @harisankartj I hear that loud & clear. Especially the *cough*. You might be in the awareness of the conceptualizations & separations, and about to be aware that it's all love. Society looks different as love.
  9. @Hero in progress I agree. I take that quote as pertaining to the One that is thinking this 'me' up, which is me thinking me. It does also work well on the 'what type of person you'll become' and 'what your experience will be like' levels quite well also. It's a broad stroke of truth through many levels really.
  10. @Principium Nexus sounds delightful ☀️
  11. @SuperLuigi thanks. I think those are triggers. What is it that you are not liking about your vision of your future. I think that's where the bridge to resolve starts. When you get that good, it doesn't matter much what people are doing, or how loud they're doing it.
  12. @Marinus next time, take your awareness off them and point it inward and try some shrooms. Maybe such a festival is just an elaborate cover story for your self discovery opportunity. Perhaps reality is the same.
  13. @SFRL Being is a matter of internal definitions until there isn't either anymore. It's a belief until there are no beliefs. Then there's no question about either.
  14. Just doubling up on Leo's statement. Until you expereince the pure void and see that there is nothing to be done, nothing to gain or lose, just enjoy the illusion and put honesty above all else. WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU WANT TO DO
  15. @Principium Nexus maybe a job in the forestry service. and a van. You'd be working, but living outdoors, in the western states, moving around a lot.
  16. @SuperLuigi You say you have nothing to be irritable about and that you are irritated. What happens that irritates you? Need examples.
  17. @phoenix666 I really hear you here. I suggest you find out for yourself. Cover your walls with wanted, wether that is material, experience, etc. Write it out a million times. Focus on it always. Then you'll know. All I have for you are words and good intentions.
  18. @SFRL I think definition 3 is in the ballpark of enlightenment, though it's all connotations and ineffable qualia. I assume no two people hold the same meaning for the word being.
  19. Sounds like you've got plenty of ambition, but are still developing your navigation. Are you meditating every morning? I relate on the drive and desire, and before I started meditating I had little to no internal compass going. After some time, I started writing my vision on the wall. Then I painted a large wall with chalkboard paint and wrote lists, plans, things I wanted, people / relationships I wanted, travel destinations, my favorite quotes, my insights, my trip highlights, book outlines, business plans, investment strategies. I was dreamin big time & reading a lot about what I wanted, industries, successful people. And then like magic I found all the opportunities were already there. One after another. I say like magic because I changed how I saw things. I've done most of what I put on the wall and I just keep adding to it. I was not born in an environment like that. Anybody could do anything I'm doing. Letting thoughts go is an art and the awesome creative thoughts, ime, are closer to the bottom, and very worthwhile. http://list25.com/25-inspirational-rags-riches-stories/
  20. @AlexB buy an RV or motor home or whatever those are called in Italy. A sweet one. Live in that wherever you want, sell it when you're done. Buy a house too, but rent it out. Apply all of the rent money you get to a 15 year mortgage. It will be paid off in 8 or 9 years, after taxes, insurance, repairs, etc. Be young and live anywhere, and have a house for living in or selling when you're older. ??
  21. Thanks @Nahm Psychedelics are not my path though as I have those sort of experiences naturally through self enquiry and surrender. How do you know?
  22. Tape what you want to your wall.
