@haai14 what are you thinking about? what are you andious and depressed about? sort through it and it disappears. im hoping you real-ize the breakthrough you're having. suffering is self imposed. let's figure out what you're doing that causes the suffering.

@egoless you’re unaware of the role of your perspective and practices. You’re focus is on considering what’s appropriate for the other person in the interaction, that’s why you’re having trouble keepin cool. Your focus should be on yourself. Practice practice practice. Transcend anger and reaction. Be an example of love that is undeniable, non-contestable, and shocking to the angry person. It’s not their actions that bother you, it’s your reaction. Meditation twice a day is twice as good as once a day. Exercise works perfectly well during the development period of transcending anger. Your concept of choice between anger and humor is flawed in that there is a third option which is to do nothing. No response. This allows you to be more aware of what is going on inside you. Master that, and magically, that is what you perceive in the world.

@Pebble of course you should stop. Their aim is to make money, not news. When we’re all done being interested in the lowest consciousness people in the world, a major shift happens within us. If no one watched negative fear based media, they would have to air what we would watch to be able to make money.

The way to keep a job that is doing nothing for you, is to do nothing for yourself. We can’t increase our consciousness and remain status quo.

@Moreira There is another stratosphere in terms of Truth that will set you free. Ignore these things, or get doing something about it, but make a decision. Don’t continue making thought tree’s and spinning wheels. Don’t underestimate the power of the ultimate truth, it will make sense of everything you mentioned.

@haai14 It does sound like an awakening, but not the anxiety & fear. That’s pretty heavy monkey mind. Meditating enough?

It’s a pointless debate anyways. If someone is enlightened, they aren’t caring what anyone else says. If someone says they are and they’re not, we all know they’re just setting themselves up for egoic disappointment and frustration. We’re all in a paradigm & process, and those are easier when we remember we’re all in this together.

@Drsamy do the practices around them, so it’s common. Be communicative and open with them with your experiences with your practices. Have your daughter meditate. Start small. Maybe take a class together. She’ll like the time with you. You can show her no matter how old anyone is, love & fun are paramount and ever-present. Your son will be just fine in that environment. You’re doing well, you know? Keep kickin ass.

Love just to love. It makes everything easier.

@Torkys slow and steady wins the race. As you know, we can all access that higher intelligence and it flows when we relax, let everything go, and get into the now. To me, your post touches on the need for all fronts; meditation, self inquiry, contemplation, not to mention maslow’s Pyramid, and ongoing learning to expand and make room up there. You’re obviously serious about your practices and life purpose. It’ll all come. I wonder if your seriousness is a pinch too consistent. Also, there are infinite ways people are helped by people everyday, in completely ordinary jobs & situations.

@Elton you're so free, you can do everything the same, everyday.

Subconscious, to me, means being lost in the illusion, and excusing & justifying it. We are completely free, right now, to do anything, to be anyone. If thought leads me to feel other than that, I am self honest in assessing my practices. Then I’m free again.

I am grateful to know there is no God.

@Dominik Drums You already are The One. You can accomplish your wildest dreams, already. There is nothing you need. You are completely free. Every single person and thing you see and hear, is you. It is the act of limiting your infinite self that is creating everything around you right now.
